I sold a brand new shoe that was never worn or used and i got notified that it came back used. I would never say something is brand new and it wasn't. Very disappointing. I had to offer a 5% discount for nothing. The team needs to be better when looking at shoes. I got sent pictures and nothing shows any wear whatsoever.

I was very excited about this app, but they denied my ID verification. The email said the info didn't match. Not only was I vigilant when entering my info, I've quadruple checked and EVERYTHING MATCHES. Except, my license is in all caps and normal people don't use all caps. I don't know for a fact it was the all caps thing, and I think I never will. No one will respond to my emails now.
