Bought wigs for my daughter’s prom three weeks a go. They gave me an order number that doesn’t work when I try to track the order.

This website deserves NO stars. "SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT". The website is only designed to take your money! If you buy, they are legally protected. The have a clause that their not responsible for sending you crap, and you can't take any legal action. I don't understand this, there's got to be a way to sue them, and to take down their fraudulent website. WARNING!!! It's targeted audience is people of color.

Thanks for this review, I will not be buy from them. Although I will say this is not necessarily a black business. They are a lot of Chinese businesses posing as black businesses. Selling substandard goods to black women and giving black businesses bad names .

Lying, scamming, untrustworthy company. Wigs look nothing like the pictures. They don't even use lace, Yet, every unit is shown with lace. The hair is thin and cheap. The curly unit I bought was not the same texture as pictured and was matted. Wigs are trash. And they use fake reviews on their site.

I ordered two wigs that were absolutely poorly made. This is absolutely false advertisement 54.99 down the drain. The wigs took so long to arrive from china and I was so disgusted I never even bothered to send them back. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT fall for the okey doke from their ads on Pinterest. This website is WACK and what you see is 100% what you ARE NOT going to get! Save your money and save yourself the headaches.......please share reviews on their false advertisements on Pinterest.

The pictures on the website are totally deceptive. The hair was very very very poor quality and was falling out when I opened the package. I wish I could give them a negative rating. They don't even deserve one star!

Well I just want to say thank u so much for all the reviews. I decided to check the reviews before purchasing 2 wigs. This is so sad and ridiculous. They wonder why Blacks don't support Blacks. Yes I said it. I am so thankful I read the reviews before purchasing. To the folks who got messed up what about ordering through Pay Pal so this way u guys can get your $ back. So sad and so wrong.

I ordered two wigs March 9th and haven't hear anything from them and the wigs suppose to be glueless , I just want my money back , I can't get to response on my order and no tracking number.

I also wish I could give these liars zero stars. I found them on Pinterest. Great videos of women putting on wigs with an elastic band and already trimmed lace. I thought EUREKA! Finally, a true glueless wig with lace already trimmed. No glue. No hair spray. I placed my order and the wigs arrived 2 days ago. I was angry to discover that the wigs had no lace or elastic. They are the kind of wigs one could find at the average beauty shop. I emailed them. “Send us a picture of your wigs” they responded. I sent the picture only to be told that my order was correct! Only to be told that there are differences between the “pictures” and the actual wig. I responded that I was looking at the videos not just the pictures on their site. I had to send them links to their own Pinterest videos. Ugh! I just want my money back! This vendor is a SCAM 😡

Every review on my purchases was 5 stars on Alicia wigs and apparently fake ones,I purchased 2 and they’re so cheaply made and the glueless ones are not like the online pic with the headband strap, no glueless anything,no strap no melted hair line the part was lumpy and uneven,this site is not worth your time or money

I bought the wigs the beging of January just arrived today the wigs
I saw on the picture and the one I received absolutely different so I'm not happy with the order at all.it is basic which I can find.in the locale shop the advertising is absolutely wrong . I don't advise people to shop from Aliciwigs

I wish I saw these reviews before I bought it, sadly on their website they have only positive reviews which is a lie. Tried to return the product and they made it just difficult to return. They are scammers. I wish I could post pictures here what I ordered vs what I received .I am now stuck with wigs I can’t even use anywhere .Please Do no Buy from this website.

This company should not get a rating of even one star! They are scammers and it's unbelievable that they continue to do business in America. Shameful! I purchased a wig for a wedding based on an ad image and description. What I received is something that was fit for the trash (no lie) and that is exactly where it went. It looked like something that had been dragged through the streets. No sensible human would have found any use for what I received. This company "acquires" pictures of models wearing either wigs or their natural hair and then represents it to be what they are selling to you. It is infuriating! When I demanded a refund they told me to send it back to China and they would determine based on their damage assessment if I was entitled to any kind of refund. In essence I should put out more money to return a piece of garbage and trust a company that has already defrauded me. Unbelievable! What an operation.

This company is a fraud, I bought 4 wigs from this company and they were pure garbage on the website are only 5 star reviews, those are not real just throw your money right in the trash because I promise you will not put this trash on your head. My name is Betty Culberson

Don’t buy from this company! Ordered two wigs, supposedly human hair, what I received was totally synthetic unusable. The return process to China is not worth the trouble. My big mistake!Never again!

Stay away! First of all it's a china seller and when u eventually get item it's far from what u see on their websites I fell victim but never again. The wigs I bought were rubbery. I have bough semi human hair before and they were nice but this one's are rubber. When u leave a review on their web page it doesn't save all u see there are 5 star. it's a huuge SCAM!

In order to be able to write a review like everyone else I had to give it 1 star - just making that very clear as Alicia Wigs deserves NOTHING!

If you know that you can't sell what your advertising WHY DO IT?? I ordered 4 wigs that needed to be shipped to England. You advertise beautiful wigs but send complete and utter rubbish! The wigs went straight in the bin where this whole company belongs!! If you need to make money by scamming people and not being honest then I leave you and your company in the hands of God because he is the only one that you have to answer to!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!
