I recently had the chance to try Eniola Hair again and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of the hair is outstanding, soft, and incredibly natural-looking. It holds up beautifully after washing and styling, with minimal shedding and no tangling, which is something I’ve struggled to find with other brands.

One of the biggest reasons I would recommend them is their flexibility when it comes to refunds and exchanges. Unlike many other companies that have strict or unclear policies, Eniola Hair is transparent and fair. They assured me that I wouldn’t be stuck with a wig that I didn’t love.. Knowing that I had the option to exchange or get a refund if needed gave me real peace of mind and it shows they stand behind their product.

I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

I was so excited to purchase a wig from Eniola, I was utterly in love with the online photos and couldn’t wait to finally get my hands on one. First, I have been wearing wigs for 5 years due to alopecia so this is not my first purchase of a wig. I am sooo disappointed in the color. It is nothing at all like the photo. I’m a hairstylist so I understand not every wig can be replicated and completely the same. However, it was so off from the one I picked and I can’t even fix it myself. The entire top and hairline is a deep, dark brown, smudged down several inches. It feels very contrasted and harsh against the blonde. The photo of the wig I chose had a much lighter base and highlights much higher up that were blended and lived in with the root color. I did email them to return it for a refund however it was going to cost me an additional $200 just to ship it back to them, (I’m in the US and they’re Australian based) plus I would be responsible for paying custom fees AND 15% of the the purchase amount for their restocking fee. Over $400 just to return it for my refund on a wig that is NOT like I ordered. I’m soooo extremely disappointed and out $1,200. If you’re in the states, or outside of Australia I do not recommend purchasing from them.

I received what is hopefully a new wig after returning mine due to excessive shedding. The wig I received is darker than the wig I retuned but at this point it will be fine. Overall, I am somewhat pleased with the experience, but it was quite an ordeal to send this wig back, then replace it with one while I waited. I do think it was kind of them to replace it.

After my wig started shedding badly, I left a negative review (you can scroll to see it). Shortly after, I was contacted by the company and asked to take down my review in exchange for a replacement wig—but only if I first mailed back my extremely damaged wig.

I explained that I was uncomfortable with this arrangement and didn’t trust the process. Sending a $1600 wig overseas with no guarantee that a replacement would actually be sent back felt risky, especially since I don’t have other wigs to rotate. That would leave me completely without a wig while waiting.

The interaction itself felt very odd. The representative, Eniola, repeatedly pushed for me to remove my review, which made the situation feel even more concerning. I explained my reasons, but the pressure to delete the review remained.

This experience makes me question the authenticity of many of their other reviews and how many negative ones may have been removed under similar circumstances.

I have worn wigs my entire life, and this is by far the worst wig I have ever purchased—as well as the most unprofessional customer service experience I’ve had with a company.

Please be cautious before purchasing from them

I purchased a wig a the hair started shedding after a few weeks . There were bald spots all over the wigs. I emailed them and told them the hair was falling out and they blamed me and told me i washed it wrong. I sent them everything I used and followed all there care directions to a t and got no repsonse from them $1,800 gone. dont buy

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is my 4th wig from Eniola now. My husband just bought one for my birthday and we both love it. They always reply to my emails and dms super fast too, which helps when im unsure of something.

Don’t buy it.

The wig began shedding on day one. When I reported the issue, I was told it was my fault. I only received attention and a replacement after stating that I would document the issue publicly, including creating a website with photos, receipts, and sharing the experience through my influencer network.

Even then, I continued to be blamed.

The replacement wig was not equivalent: it was a different model, a different color, and approximately $200 cheaper. It also start shading rapidly. I mean she owned probably 20 wigs for her self so yeah how can she knows…

I ultimately returned the wig and had to pay over $200 in return shipping from the U.S., which the brand refused to cover.

This brand positions itself as luxury, yet shows no understanding of customer experience, accountability, or care.

What is most disturbing is imagining this experience for someone dealing with medical hair loss — investing a significant amount of money, only to be dismissed by a brand that claims to support women.

The hair quality itself is good, but the construction is not: the hair does not hold properly on the wig.

$1,800 spent and lost in under six months, plus return costs.
A real shame.

I bought a wig for my partner as a surprise birthday gift as she’s mentioned Eniola quite a few times, so I’d done my notes on which one to buy.
It was a seamless experience, something I needed as buying wigs is not my usual field. It actually arrived earlier than stated too which was a bonus.
My fiancé is superrr stoked with your product Eniola, she could not be happier with the quality and fitment. Think she’s happier with the wig than the ring!!! 5/5 would recommend to anyone buying personally or on behalf of someone.

I recently bought a wig from Eniola hair and I am in love! The colour, the cut and the lace are just outstanding. I took a bit of a risk as I ordered from the UK and wasn’t sure how long it would take, but the wig arrived within a week of ordering.
Compared to my other wigs that I have, this is definitely better quality and well worth the price. I like the uniqueness of each wig and was tempted between a few on the website. I was wearing it last weekend and got so many compliments - I am already back on the website as I have another model on my mind that I’d like to get.
Fantastic product and fast and reliable service. Will order again.

Instant glamour and good value for money. My mother introduced me to wigs and when I saw how incredibly stylish she looked I went online to her favourite company, Eniola. So happy with their products. No more time wasted looking for hair stylists and paying $600 for cut and colour. Friendly, professional service and my order arrived in good time. I saw this company on instagram and was amazed by there hair extensions and decided to order a new closure for my wig. I went on the site and could not believe they were out of stock in all lengths !!!! Why have a hair business if you have no stock everything has sold out, and after looking at the reviews I will not be ordering anyway.
