Well, I paid the 30$ to unlock the bootloader on a huawei p30. They contacted me by email on the same day, telling me to write them on WhatsApp. Now, the experience on WhatsApp, pretty badly. I mean, I get that they might have other customers, but, for example, he connected to my laptop and made a downgrade from miui 12 to miui 11 with hisuite. Then, stopped responding, waited for about 1 hour and 30 min in front of the pc, to receive any indication or whatsoever with the second step. Finnaly went to bed at 3 am with resolving nothing, just a downgrade and told me to download other firmwares to have them prepared. Second day, talked to another person (very rude and a know all) and things went down badly from there. He told me that I have to manage to downgrade to miui 9,and will have to stay there in order to keep the root. Managed to downgrade to a miui 10 version but couldn't go any lower, because I've lost the USB functions, fast charging and don't recall what more. He told me that I need a 10k resistor and a USB to USB c cable, and do some soldering or whatever. And that was the last response. Never heard from them again. So there I was, with a p30 pro on a miui 10 firmware version, with veeeeery slow charging, no USB functions on the phone (he told me that is normal, just for security reasons, but searching on xdaforums the truth was different) and no response. I did all the ota updates till I finally managed to get to miui 11 and regain the fast charging and USB functions, then went back to original state, on miui 12. Contacted by email telling them that I want a refund, haven't get the service that I paid for, but no response either. Luckily I paid with PayPal, and through them, I managed to get my money back. Don't know if they are scammers, but I wouldn't risk my money on them again. Also will post my true option on forums so that people know the truth and decide if they are worth it
Edit to respond : unfortunately I can't upload here the pictures with the email I've sent (contacted via web), that PayPal refunded me when I opened a complaint, days after seeing that I don't receive any response etc. But anyway, gave my honest feedback, people can do and think whatever they want.

Scam alert! I want to buy service huawei bootloader and HMOS install service (45$). The owner of this website scamed and said that place the order and then text me. I placed the order my account has been debited with (45$). But the website owner said that he didn't received any order. I was facing difficulty at the time of placing the order the owner said use the +91 code at the start of your number instead of your country code. And after that asked for the order verification message. Which I couldn't receive because my phone number was already changed. The scammer said me that he didn't receive any order and will inform me in future if he receive payment or order today is 5th day and not responsing even on whatsapp. I repeatedly visited the bank and today they confirm that your (45$) internationally debit is on this website. Please don't deal with him.
Here is details that I have made the payment and proof from bank. Because it was an international payment my bank couldn't cooperate to revert or resolve issue. I attached my proof below.

we know any review from pakistan people could be done because of the following reasons/issues: concerns around fraud and money laundering, and the government's attitude towards digital currency and digital payments and this people cannot be trusted, we have confirmed with PayPal all payments received from Pakistanies users are on hold and refunded right away to their local bank without registering it on our account meaning, the local bank he trust is not trustable at all, in little words we can appreaciate a corrupt system who scammed him in their local bank as we didn't approved any transaction or capture it from Pakistan.
