To start the ordering and shipping went smooth. After getting the rapid force level 3 holster attaching it went easy and the mounts have stayed tight. Drawing and reholstering is smooth and faster than I was with a safariland level 2 holster. Overall great product and support.

The chest holster fits well and the XDM Elite in 10mm with a Holosun optic fits like a glove. I love how the holster cut out gives a bit of protection to the front of my optic. I’m very impressed, don’t hesitate to purchase.

What made my experience great was your Customer Service. It was excellent!!

Customer service was great. They handled the multiple problems with the shoulder holster rig I ordered. I think if the quality control would set the figment of the shell for the specified gun it would take a lot of time and tedious tweaking out of the customers hands.

These holsters, especially the Shapeshift system, are awesome. This is my 3 holster and everytime they get better. Well made. Made In USA! Love them.

What I didn't like about the product is that it was impossible to upgrade my holster without ordering a complete new holster. They don't let you buy just the option you need.

It's a good holster. It's a pain to put on and take off intill you get used to it. In the video they make it look easy buts it's really not. It's not so bad once you get used to it. I do like how you can put as much tension on the holster to your liking. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

The overall quality of the product is great. My only issue would be the purchasing process when linking to an amazon account. I had to retry several times before it accepted my request. I also wanted to be sure I didn't order the same product multiple times. This holster has been my daily for the last month and I haven't had any issues with the fitment or function. If you could create some for FN then I'll purchase another.

I could not draw my pistol from this holster at all when wearing it where you suggested. This places the pistol in an awkward position with the grip facing toward my left. If it was needed in an emergency situation, I would be in big trouble.
