XGIMI PROJECTOR STAND. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT TO AN ONLINE SCAM! Ali express took my money, and supposedly sent the item to an address in another country and would not redirect the item or refund my money. After numerous emails to the carrier, AliExpress, and retailer no support was providers and they simply kept my money.

Aliexpress, I did not receive the product and to refund my money they ask me for proof that I did not receive it, it is ridiculous, the proof must be presented by the transport company that Aliexpress contracted, that is, the signature of receipt, it is a shame. We must complain in all media so that people do not continue to be scammed.

Bought 2 handheld game consoles £ 70. Received them within 3 weeks. None of them worked. Contacted aliexpress and they told me to return to adress they gave for a refund. They demanded I send them individually, even though they posted them to me as one one pack. This cost me a extra £8 , so total loss £78. They said not enough evidence and did not receive items. Absolute scumbag of a company. Avoid like the plague. I would happily shoot one of them....

AliExpress scammed me. I purchased hiking poles through their service, but I received the wrong item from China. I contacted customer support to help me return the item since it involved international shipping. Support told me to send the item back using any shipping method I preferred, and they would reimburse the shipping costs.

I returned the item via Thai Post. However, even though I sent the item back on time, the system didn’t allow me to attach a tracking ID. I reached out to support again, and they assured me they would attach the ID themselves. But they didn’t do anything, and a few days later, the system closed the order as successfully completed. This happened despite the fact that I had already shipped the incorrect item back to China.

The item was eventually delivered to China and handed over to another delivery service, at which point it disappeared from tracking. The seller has since been avoiding me, and customer support has been blatantly dismissive. For the past two months, they’ve been telling me they would help and have been escalating my case to a higher department. However, I’ve received the same generic response over 10 times: they won’t refund me and essentially told me to go to hell.

As a result, I lost both my money and the incorrect item. I never expected AliExpress to be such a blatant scam. Before this, I only used Lazada and Shopee, and I never had issues like this—those platforms always handled returns themselves. But here, a major platform has outright committed fraud.

I don’t have much free time to go to the police, but this has become a matter of principle. What AliExpress has done is literally fraud. You’re outright scammers, and I hope sanctions eventually shut you down so you can scam each other and your citizens within your own country.

I want to share my nightmare experience with this store. After i bought a product around 500 dolars + 200 dollars shipping, after arrived in my country Romania, custom authorities said i have to pay another 200 dollars for shipping+ some taxes. Tried to contact seller to asking for invoice with shipping proof and he didn't respond at all. I opened a dispute on app because we are under"buyer protection" policy and tried to explain them everything, like seller took my money for shipping but he didn't pay, like i need a invoice also for authoritiesin my country, tried to download from app and was failed. Dispute was refused!!! Like they work hand in hand!!! I was disparate loosing my package, also my money!! So with 500 dollars item, i paid 500 dollars more for shipping and taxes!!! Think twice before you want to buy something from here!! I will never buy something from Aliexpress!!!!

Please note. AliExpress's decision was to leave me without an answer and close the case because I told them the truth when they do their job badly and the truth is that I lost my money and my order which was two pieces of Screen Matte Protector Glas. I hope you enjoy it and do well in your business but stay away from me.

Quite possibly the most ignorant, shocking and truly disappointing customer services I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to communicate with.
Had trouble with last 3 orders, last one didn't arrive.
Seller didn't want to know, Customer Services at Aliexpress wasn't interested.
Sick of trying to communicate.
Stick the order where the sun doesn't shine, I won't be buying anything else or using that account ever again.

Stay Away Aliexpress is full of scammers and Aliexpress don't do anything about it, what you buy isn't what you receive or they don't even have it in stock!!!, here is a list of a few of the scamming companies on there I've had dealings with.

This company and sellers are all scammers they don't have your back sent wrong item out , I ordered a gas stove and got sent a battered box with what was meant to be a lamp to find out it was a charging cable. No refund even tho I was scammed, I was told to send back to Hong-Kong at my expense. They do not have your back or neither buyer protection. Advoid at all cost.Beware if you purchase from this site. At your own risk as they take your money and keep it

Don't trust this company. They took £78.88 from my PayPal account and despite many emails, they have not delivered the robot cleaner. No stars is not available but should be NO STARS.
AliExpress told PayPal the delivery was made but NO PHOTO PROOF of delivery has been sent to my email. Beware the vast numbers of complaints about this company, and none delivery.
AliExpress Customer Services is absolutely no use and simply repeats its useless previous statements.
My advice AVOID ALIEXPRESS and only buy UK from Amazon or EBAY. UK

This company is hiding a lot of scamers.
You pay for an item and you receive a complete other item. I fraudulent company.

I ordered a gold glittery bag and got a brown one instead. It looks nothing like the one I saw in the pictures. Extremely disappointing

I bought an item which I returned but because they were slow in refunding my money, I went through PayPal but it was a waste of time. I came back to them but the kept saying the money is frozen by PayPal, I got message from PayPal that no fund is being withheld and they should contact them if they are unable to do the refund and they will do it for them but the company refused and kept quiet about the whole matter and a screenshot of the message did not change matters. Fraudulent company.

Upon reviewing I see that this case is already closed in seller favor and no funds are placed on hold from our end. As you mentioned that the seller wants to issue refund to you.

In this situation if the seller is not able to issue refund then please ask them to contact us directly so that we can check and help them to issue the refund.

We like to buy at aliexpress, and have successfully ordered dozens of items. The price is very good. However, there are problems with the invoices:
1.) The number in the bank "use" field does not correspond with a number in the invoice.
2.) often orders from 1 day get more than 1 invoice. There is no hint which debit corresponds to which invoice.
3.) The debit is sometimes not the same amount as in the invoice; normally less and corresponding to the order price. Nevertheless, this is not really correct.
3b.) The debit is sometimes wrong, e.g. 143€ is the price we had to pay, but the invoice states only 21€!
Summary: all 3+ drawbacks together make managing aliexpress invoices very difficult and time consuming.

DON'T EVER MAKE A DELIVERY ON SCAM ALIEXPRESS! i will also advocate for it on all my Social Media's, they cancel items of your, don't refund it, and just delete it, and their customer service that says "Human Agent" is just another bad programmed AI, also which will not help you or send you to a higher team, also when i made an order, i wrote in my coupon and it said that my Coupon worked, but when checking out i not only did i see the normal price again but even more, and my credit card had around 360 Bucks, the delivery at the end costed 290 (even though it should have costed at least 250 with the coupon) suddenly my entire back account was empty even though it should still had 70 bucks! if AliExpress should read this, i tried to contact you everywhere, but you don't have an E-Mail, nor an Option of Contact in the country i live, so I'm willing to not advocate against you on my social media (i have a lot of followers) and change this review, if you get back to me per email i use the same email here as on AliExpress, if not then you are just a scammer not worthy of earning more money, I'm mad and rightly i am, so please get back to me. otherwise i will start, because I'm rightly mad!

The ebike was not as described. Impossible for an adult to pedal comfortably. They said they had delivered it when the had not and sent me some fake delivery pictures and times. When it did finally arrive it was not as described. They won't accept returns or offer refunds even though they say they do very clearly on their adverts. Have started a sec 75 credit card application to get my money back.
Professional scammers...steer clear.....

Goods kept being"pretended" to being dealt with. However they continually do not tell the truth. So much so I'm convinced the seller never had the goods to sell in the first place. In my one use of them I have found that their supplier was a complete scam artist and should not be trusted.. do not pay for anything until received and use reputable payment methods where u can recover your funds. Luckily I used PayPal so refund was guaranteed.. Ali express help advisors have no idea about your products and are unable to sort out any suppliers as they have absolutely no control over them... I will not use again as experience too too and found them not to be honourable....

do not want to know even though order was not delivered . I ordered 3 items that they say have been delivered by they are nowhere to be seen and they want ME to provide evidence that the item have not been delivered .Avoid these con artists
