Apologies for that, unfortunately Royal Mail was on strike this week, they haven't even been accepting parcels for 2 days. Please be patient, we used a fast delivery service that's tracked. Kind regards

Aliness offers a very good service…
Aliness offers a very good service unfortunately Royal mail were on strike and Evri delivery service were no where near the standard of Royal mail. I live in a second floor flat and have to run down four flights of stairs. I heard the doorbell ring and rushed downstairs but the delivery driver had gone. In the second day I sent a message to Evri asking them to call My mobile if there was a problem, they did not call. I have problems with them delivering from other companies I don't find them competent at all, sorry Aliness.

I submitted a wrong address. Luckily I let them know a week later after they had already tried to deliver the parcel and they send it again with no extra cost. Very grateful for that
