I’ve been working with Plastic Freedom for over a year now to source sustainable supplies for people in the British Army, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Beth is an absolute star, always on hand to make the process super easy, incredibly responsive, and she consistently ensures we get the best deals. Her website is outstanding, easy to navigate, informative, and makes ordering a breeze. The level of care and attention Beth puts into every order is second to none, and the work she’s doing to promote eco-friendly solutions is truly amazing. Fab seller, one of the bags I wanted wasn’t in stock but this was well communicated. I have then amended my order (I changed my mind and wanted to switch styles) which was a smooth and very easy process! Would thoroughly recommend and wanted to share my good experience!

So happy I found Plastic Freedom. I have been following Beth, the owner, on Instagram for a while and have got so much inspiration from her about how to make small changes gradually, without every feeling shamed for not being perfect. I now shop from here regularly, and am slowly reducing the plastic in my home and lifestyle. The products on here are beautiful and great quality and the customer service is exceptional too. I plan to continue shopping here and have a long wishlist :-)

Excellent service, order arrived quicker than expected

If I could give a million stars I would. Beth is a one woman band doing everything she can to find plastic free products that are high quality, a great price point and constantly coming up with new ideas/innovations (like the compostable refillable envelopes!). She does everything in her power to reply to people’s emails quickly and her website has on if items are immediately available or for pre order with estimated dates. This is a small business who supports other small business and sometimes there are unavoidable delays but you can always rely on Beth to send a cheerful email and be as helpful as she possibly can. Do not listen to any bad reviews, that’s a “them” problem not a Beth problem! I have personally shopped with Beth for 10 years and have NEVER had a problem. She is a star, if there were more Beth’s in the world we would live in a happier, healthier and positive world! 💕💕💕

I had subscribed to a product, but instead of the refill, I'd ordered the original item. Beth emailed me to clarify. (I was wrong!) And refunded me the cost. I am so grateful to her for pointing out my error!

Good products and responsive customer service.

Plastic freedom is one of the best eco sites! Beth cares so much about the environment and ensuring her customers have access to the best eco products. Everything is thought through on how to be the most eco friendly as well as buying products we love. She has excellent customer service and despatches products so quickly! I am in LOVE with the new refill scheme Beth has and will continue to shop at plastic freedom for all of my eco needs! I would highly recommend Plastic Freedom to anyone!

Brilliant customer service from a great small company. Please don’t believe all negative reviews, they’re mostly from people who make a habit of complaining.

Have only just discovered this website in the last few months but I absolutely love it! Every time I have ordered there has been fantastic communication and items are delivered quickly.If anything is not in stock yet or for pre order it clearly says this on the website. There is such a great range of products to choose from which are regularly updated and always new things to try. I never knew how much eco friendly items were available before this website. It feels great to support an independent business and I follow on social media and love how much difference this website has made to my life already thanks so much Beth :)

I've been shopping from Plastic Freedom for YEARS, not only because the range of eco-conscious products is huge, but also due to the incredible service you get when shopping with them.
The owner of Plastic Freedom, Beth, is a superwoman - she is above and beyond helpful, is very transparent about delivery times, does everything in her power to keep customers happy. She is singlehandedly doing more good for this Earth than most of the people I know put together!

Great company that keeps you updated with orders and ships quickly or keeps updated with orders. Small business which is doing amazing things, we need more of these in the UK! Huge fan of the new refill compostable bags, makes refilling so much easier.

I have been buying from Beth for years and she is the most reliable and kindness person/company I have found on social media.

Every time I need something either for myself or as a gift I try and use Plastic Freedom to support a small business and get fantastic products. Latest item I have bought was a stainless steel washing up bowl for my dad’s birthday. He said it will outlive him it’s such good quality. (It will I have one and so does my best friend after she saw mine). But what a nice thing to leave to your grandkids, something useful that will last a lifetime . Xxx

The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online. I ordered for a birthday present (so time sensitive) then got the following from Beth:

“I'm just reaching out because I can see you've placed an order for these two lunchboxes but they unfortunately are both on pre-order so can't be sent today. My supplier is currently moving warehouse so I'm expecting the stock next week.”

It took over a month to then ship! With no further notification.

This kind of crap really annoys me. People see eco stuff as less reliable and this kind of poor service only further hammers that home. Beth is clearly doing more harm than good for the eco cause. I will never shop with them again.

Awesome service from 1st contact to delivery help and support all the way thank you Beth , I bought a Yeti cooler not on there site but they ordered it and delivered on the day they said within a week fantastic thank you
