Please DONT use this firm for a UK visitors visa !! The initial contact was great but as soon as I paid the fee of £750 upfront it all went downhill 😡😡 I had 5 different people contacting me & when I phoned to speak with someone nobody was EVER EVER available to chat 😳😳 A phone appointment was arranged to discuss the visa application of my brother in law Gilbert Pablo Padilla but that never happened !! I had major problems using the portal to send supporting documents so eventually Duwad Rabbini told me to email them which I duly did.3 days before Gilberts biometric appointment in Manila I was informed that the supporting documents couldn’t be found 😳😳 No proper immigration advice was ever really given & a vital supporting document wasn’t sent to The Home Office which ultimately led to the visa being refused !! The supposed case worker only contacted me once during the process by phone to discuss the case 😳😳 I have complained but was told the firm deny any liability and will only offer me the paltry sum of £25 refund 😡😡 I’ll be reporting the firm to The Law Society with a view to receiving a full refund 😳😳

Use someone else
I paid this company money to help me apply for Sponsorship to enable me to employee overseas workers.
It took months to come through. No one at Alison Law return your calls.
I was asked how many allocations I wanted, I asked for 5. I received 1.
Personally I think this company is useless.
Even today I tried to call and all you get is someone will call you back this afternoon. I've heard the same story over 20 times.
I even put in a complaint but nothing happened.
Save your money and use someone else, because all they want is your money then forget about you.

Hi Mandy, you have contacted the office this afternoon to discuss the Home Office decision to award your company one certificate of sponsorship and not 5. You were informed during the discussion that your case worker will call you this afternoon to discuss this further, you then sent a further email to our complaints department at 2.21 to complain you have not received any contact. Your email was replied to within the hour to which you then resorted to leaving a review on Trustpilot. We encourage our clients to leave us feedback to help us improve our service, however giving the firm less than half a day to address your concerns is nothing short of unreasonable, especially considering the applications have been submitted and it’s a Home Office decision you have a grievance with. Should you wish to continue to discuss the COS applicaiotn please contact your case worker who is happy to assist you further.

Dear Mandy, After checking the records this is not a fair review at all. We do not give allocations. For a very difficult case you were approved by the Home Office for 1 COS. You called in today, we asked for the COS so we can see why the Home Office have only provided 1 and not 5. You have sent a complaints email then 15rmins later put on a review. This is not a fair review at all.

Amazing service.
The service was amazing especially how they were ready to help even at a low cost and with the free consultation and advice gotten from the series of calls we had was very amazing. The person that attended to me, Riz was very helpful and kept checking up. The service was great and nothing short of professional.

Thieves! not lawyers
They do not even deserve a single star! they are thieves trained to take your money and ignore the rest! in May 2023 before I apply for my leave to remain visa I booked a holiday and unfortunately at the time of the application it did not give me the priority option! As a result I called Alison Law Solicitors and the man who handled my case reassured me if I pay 2000 pounds they will make another application with a priority option so I do not lose my money for my holidays. As soon as I paid 2000 pounds they ignored all my emails and messages! I have proof of unanswered 25 emails and phone calls for anyone who thinks I am exaggerating. I lost my money for my holidays, I lost 2000 pounds with Alison Law and moved forward with my own original application. They refused to return my money, so I made a complaint and after 8 weeks they wrote back to me about how I was "lying" about booking a holiday and I did not mention that when I applied! then what was the reason to contact them at the first place?! again I have all these documents saved for anyone interested or think I'm making a wrong statement! After 1 year of going through Legal Ombudsman I managed to get 1118 back! But I will try my best to educate whoever takes the time to read these reviews about how the whole field should be reported and closed down! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with them,

They expect you to wait 90 working days for your fund. I’m in contact with the SRA and I will be process of doing a small claims by the end of the day!

Update I have now contacted the SRA AND THE Legal ombudsman. You must all do the same if you want your money back you will be compensated also by the legal ombudsman. Nightmare working with these they are bullies

Triumph in Court: Alison Law Brought to Justice and Defeated!
If you're thinking of hiring Alison Law, I recommend looking elsewhere. My experience with them was terrible. After paying their fee, I found it nearly impossible to get a response. It felt like a waste of money.
Their complaints process directed me to The Solicitors Regulation Authority, probably because Alison Law knows it is ineffective. So, I took my case to the Small Claims Court instead. It was straightforward and affordable, all online. Despite Alison Law's threats, they didn't even show up to court, and asked a law student to represent them.
Alison Law tried to intimidate me, but it was all talk. They accused me of breaching contract by leaving a negative review, but the judge disagreed. Don't let them bully you. In the end, they were ordered to pay me over £5,000. I recommend taking them to court. The more people who hold them accountable, the better. They need to provide the service they promise.
