Much easier to navigate than other companies.

I'd give it a 0. I paid 36 bucks to sign up to see one photo of my parents and their newborn from 1986. It transformed their faces into completely different looking people. Pathetic. And a giant SCAM

Their pricing is a total ripoff and their photo restoration results just about average- on B&W photos to color conversions people's faces are altered beyond recognition with only slight resemblance to the real person's face. I have tried the same photos with another vendor and the results were way better. But mostly the reason for the low review for Alivemoment is the fact that they use very complicated, if not deceiving pricing system. They give you low initial welcoming price options and then they stick it to you with some subscription fees,not to mention you also have to pay for the coins, because for some reason you lose the count of "coins" you have paid for, perhaps if you don't use them within a timeframe (1 coin per photo restore, and if not happy with the results, too bad you can not cancel the process). Also, there is not way to contact them when you have a specific issue, the only contact method is via email and when you submit the email, you get a cold reply that your subscription has been cancelled. I will never use them again, because they are a big disappointment for me!

I've never had to fight this hard to get my money back from a company.

On May 9, I purchased what I believed was the Max Pack from Alive Moment's website. A few days later, I discovered a $509 charge on my credit card. Because the website processes your payment immediately without a final confirmation screen, I had no chance to verify exactly what I was buying before my card was charged.

On May 22, well within the 30-day money-back guarantee that was advertised on their website at the time, I contacted customer support. Instead of getting help, I spent nearly two weeks trapped in an endless loop with an AI chatbot that kept promising my case would be escalated. It never was. I repeatedly asked for a phone number or a way to speak with an actual person. None was ever provided.

With no meaningful response and the refund deadline approaching, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.

That's when things got even worse.

Alive Moment first argued that their refund policy was only 14 days, despite the 30-day money-back guarantee that was displayed on their website. I submitted proof that I contacted them within 13 days of my purchase, along with a screenshot of the guarantee.

While collecting that evidence, I discovered that the credits in my account had disappeared. They were simply gone. I also submitted screenshots of my account and my chatbot conversation, where I was told I would receive a full refund.

My dispute has now been reopened 3 times. The latest denial was based on Alive Moment's claim that I had downloaded all of my credits, which is not true so I am still fighting to get my money back.

My experience has been one excuse after another, with no accountability and no way to reach a real person who can actually resolve the problem.

Based on everything I've been through, I would NEVER recommend this company. If you decide to buy from Alive Moment anyway, document everything—take screenshots before you purchase, save every conversation, and DON'T ASSUME THE ADVERTISED GUARANTEE WILL PROTECT YOU if something goes wrong.

Avoid at all costs...took 55 pounds from my bank after I had cancelled my subscription....almost impossible to cancel subscription!!!!... dispute went on since October with bank and their company....never got my money back.....very disappointed....avoid....avoid
