If you want to pay double buy from here

I tried to buy tickets for my daughter and husband to see Neil DeGrasse Tyson in Seattle on November. It was impossible to get the on Ticketmaster's website, so I called Seattle Theater Group - because the show was listed on their site. I was assured by their ticket office that they could sell me the tickets - which they did - through this site - who I am sure bought them from the Ticketmaster site and re-sold them for twice the cost. I received a paper e-ticket...

The service fees are outrageous!!! And why are you charging on top for edelivery??? What are your associated costs? All ticket companies seem to practice charging such fees. It seems that there is an "entente" between competitors here, which is illegal in this country.

Charged Me 13x the Face Value of the Ticket

I paid $267 plus fees for each ticket to see Guys & Dolls at the Cutler Majestic Theater in Boston. At the show, I realized that the most expensive ticket was $20. I went to the box office after the show and confirmed that the most expensive ticker was $20.

No other choice

I was pumped the day that presale tix were available for the Paul McCartney gig in St Louis. I had preregistered at Sir Paul's website months ago to be able to purchase before they were offered to the general public. Oops! Resellers snapped 'em all up before I could click my mouse. A quick google search brought me to this reseller.

Pro: I got tix. Good tix. I'll be going to the concert.
Con: The service charge. Are you kidding me? $150+/ticket
Other con: I bought two seats listed as "section 136 Rows 1-18" What does that even mean? You'd think that for the $$$ I forked out, I could at least know what row.

Ya had me over a barrel and took full advantage. I'm glad there aren't any other concerts on my bucket list.

Horrible conduct

Wouldn't give me a refund my grandfather has lung cancer and they wouldn't let me give my tickets back. All they care about is money not the customers

Katalina,
We are sorry to hear about your hardships and absolutely do care. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business int he 2ndary marketplace, it makes it impossible to provide refunds or exchanges after an order has been processed. You will find that this policy is industry wide. For that reason ticket insurance is universally provided in order to facilitate the recovery of funds for situations like yours. Did you purchase the ticket insurance that was offered?
