Can always count on AllAvionics! Best prices, awesome customer service / usually within a few mins I receive a thanks text message confirming the order / and can't beat the free fedex 2day shipping. Recently, I bought the certified av30 with tail beaconx transponder. Not only I saved hundreds of $$ - they were kind enough to include 12" tetzel wire free of charge. Thank you!

I placed an order for an ELT in March. It showed "IN STOCK" and "Free Same Day Shipping" on the web site (it still does today). They charged my credit card immediately...but never shipped anything. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail, they never return messages, they never return text. 10 days later I finally got through to someone through their online chat, which is only sometimes online. They told me that they don't actually stock the items and just drop ship them from other distributors, and couldn't tell me when my item would actually ship. I told them to cancel my order, which they did. I got an email saying they had refunded me.

But they never actually refunded me. Now 5 months later, I have had to file a dispute with my credit card, which has now escalated to legal status because this unscrupulous vendor claimed to the credit card company that the charge was in fact valid.

I've since discovered many other people online who have this same experience with this scam company.

I did some research, the LLC that owns this company is registered in Wyoming, and the mailing address in Sheridan Wyoming is a drop box service that is also home to about 500 other companies, and that is actively being investigated by the Wyoming Attorney General due to multiple scam complaints. The owner has gone to great lengths to hide his true identity, and Wyoming has cancelled the LLC registration for non-payment of taxes.

This company has EVERY hallmark of being a fraud/scam. I would suggest you do NOT do business with them.

Ordered the kit on July 26th. Got the AV-30s right away. About 2 weeks later, got the circuit breakers. Now a month later, still don’t have the OAT probe. They won’t answer my calls or emails or chats and won’t return my calls. In a dilemma. If I order it from somewhere else then theirs may come. If I don’t order it from somewhere else theirs may never come.

I purchased a Transponder from AllAvionics and it arrived promptly as promised. I had one support item after receipt of the product and it was slightly challanging getting feedback. However, all was resolved in the end. The slower support response is what keeps this from being a 5 star review.

After I placed my order, I got the usual email that it was received...after several days I got NO follow up as to when shipping would be, and/or tracking number.
I called and left a message...got NO call back. I texted and got NO message back.
Repeated all of this several times...even emailed.
NO RESPONSE.
Finally tried the CHAT BOX and got a response...and was told the ELT Battery I ordered was out of stock. (when I placed my order IT WAS SHOWN IN STOCK)
Almost 3 weeks later my battery arrived....FED-Ex soooo slow.

Purchased Trig TT22 in July 16 after a nice communication with the chat telling me it’s in stock and will be shipped within 2 days.
Order is still in “processing” status ever since, no one answers to the phone, messages, email or chat since July 19.

Unable to contact you after days of attempts for follow up help with product purchased.

I ordered to 2 AV-Links on July 31,2024. The website says same day shipping and in stock. As of August 13, 2024 it still shows the ordering as processing. It was on my credit card bill the same day as I ordered it. I tried calling, emailing and texting the company today with no response.

I needed an immediate replacement for an AvMap EKP V that stopped working, and AllAvionics not only had the best price of any source, they also sent it to me the same day I ordered it, for no shipping cost! Truly a great source that I will continue to use.

Product arrived reasonably quickly. Only gave 4 stars because website said same-day shipping on my order, but item did not ship until 3 days after order placed (I ordered on a Friday, shipped on a Monday). Otherwise great!

Purchased a trig transponder and comm combo. Their chat person said it would ship next day due to sourcing of harness checked back and no response from them via their chat or phone or email. Both of their phone numbers are never answered. And their chat is non responsive. Be aware.

Update: AllAvionics didn't respond via email, phone or chat for 2 days but within 2 hours of leaving review, i got a phone call telling me they were cancelling my order because i left a bad review. The person who called me was Martyn. Be Aware

Great price, no sales tax and quick shipping!

One item I ordered was not in stock although the website showed it was in stock. I was not notified that the item was back-ordered, we only found out when the package was received. Even the packing slip that came with the shipment did not show the back-ordered item -- at all. The shop it was send to thought the order was complete so this added an additional delay. Took two weeks to get the problem resolved and a substitute item shipped. They do a great job on orders that don't have any issues, mine was not one of those. They are aware of my issues and are making some changes.
