Slow to ship out and slow shipping confirmation but product did arrive as ordered. Live chat doesn’t seem to work, phone number just goes to voicemail, I did finally get an email response regarding the delayed shipping. Would had given a higher rating but slow customer services had me worried I might had been scammed. In the end, everything worked out good.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They would never answer there phones. Made a order online finally after a week calling back every day Martin answered the phone I asked if the items were in stock he said he would call me back in 10 minutes he never called back. I called for a week no one answered or returned my calls. I went ahead and ordered it with the thought that I could cancel the charges the items arrived after 10 day's they guarantee 2 day shipping. I ordered a cable which was not in the box I called every dat for over a week no one would answer or call me back.

I thought this included UAVIONIX TAILBEACONX TSO ADS-B TRANSPONDER. It was missing the display. If it is not included, I need a refund.

Places an order for an ELT from All avionics July 3,2024 have not received a shipping date since. Tried calling and messaging with no reply. Read disturbing similar reviews from others. Why are avionics distributors doing business with this person.

This website is a scam. Ordered a battery and was charged accordingly. Product never showed up at all. Multiple attempts were made at communicating with seller, no answers at all. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card . Stay away from this website!!

Ordered an AV30C “complete kit”. Unit arrived but without accessories. Only after I called did I determine the rest of the complete kit was being shipped separately—would have been nice to know that at the beginning of the order process.
