They are SCAMMERS!

I ordered a mobility scooter in Feb;2023. now June. can not trace it.
Have loss my sovs.

Ordered the $30 laptop knowing there was a good chance I'd be out the money. I thought if I don't get it, no biggie. But if I do...terrific. Of course, I didn't. And now none of their links work.

Is there a contact number for Allchan as the emails I am sending skylsinkte are bouncing back and the address being used is postmaster

I ordered and payed a lapton, wait many months, but never received the item.
They faked a wrong expedition but obviusly that is not true

Jeez... I was amazed of the many people that have been scammed by this company... ordered a laptop (should have known it was too good to be true) on January 17, 2023 (8:19am from an AD on facebook and communicating with jessie) and have been given the run-around with no refund and no product... I have also been scammed from two more (1 from gptro.com for surprise box package and 1 from horsebarking,shop/product for electric Heated Scooter)... so people... DO NOT TRUST any advertising placed on Facebook. All scams experienced this year

I've been waiting over 3 months and have not received my purchase. They claimed it was sent to the wrong address and even the wrong state. They acknowledged and confirmed that they had made a mistate. I have all the evidence including the tracking number they have given me confirmed it was sent in error. As I have mentioned, I have the proof.

I am forced to give a one star, poor service. After reading all the reviews I too have been a victim. After more than 90 days, the goods ordered were delivered to someone in Belarus, and I'm in South Africa. Complained to company, stated they have despatched another and after some 24days, still waiting for a tracking number. Asked for tracking number again, told not to be so impatient. Several emails later there inbox is full and not accepting anymore emails. Still awaiting goods! What a way to scam people out of money. Will never order anything from them again. Be weary of the scam company Allchan.

I am forced to give a one star rating but even that is too much. After reading all the reviews I too have been a victim. Goods ordered & delivered to Guernsey whereas I live in Leicestershire. Complained to company. will despatch good again, asked for tracking number, told not to be so impatient. Several emails later there inbox appear to be full and not accepting anymore emails. Still awaiting goods! Now in the hands of my bank to reclaim moneys spent!

This is a fake company I was charged but after a month I receive the message that the package was delivered in Hawaii, I live in Puerto Rico. Then explained that I have to make a claim in the mail service in my area. After a few more messages they ask me to wait a little more because the ask to send me a new shipment. But after a month I'm receiving a return mail that the email address is incorrect. The email isn't in English and I replied to one of the ones I received from them.

No refund, no product and now no communication.

I ordered a garage trnt at Allchan.com payed with my card, aftet about 10 i recieved an email telling that my order wad shipped and a tracking number. After another 8 days i tryed to track the parcel and git very surpriced because it said delivered to an adress in japan, and i live in greece. Contacted customer service ( skylsinkte. Com) they srnd email back that if parcel showed delivered but to wrong adress i should contact local postoffice. I explained that as i live in greece and parcel was delivered to an adress in japan my postoffice had nothing to do with this. Then other emails telling me they are looking for the parcel, the ligistic had lost package, they send a new order please wait about 15 days, then an email saying refund was issued so in 15 days i would have my money, then another email again telling me they looking after parcel and so on so no tent, no money, just emails telling lies. I really think facebook who let them advertise at facebook should be some kind of responcibil for this fraud, because they let them Advertise without checking them out, and i found out that many fake/criminal persons/shops/companies advertise on facebook so they are kind of involved of helping those frauds if we can read reeievs and check so can facebook so why dont they

I ordered the "Dell"for about 30 dollars, but never got it.
Okay, I thought it was too good to be true, and so it was.

I BOUGHT A "HOW TO HEAL YOUR PET AT HOME" LASER KIT PAID IN FULL $30 AND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION THEN RECEIVED NOTHING. WHEN I EMAILED TO ASK WHERE MY PARCEL WAS?, I GOT A REPLY SAYING LOOKING INTO IT THEN A FEW DAYS LATER AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NO STATING DELIVERED TO AN TOWN IN SCOTLAND. I REPLIED THIS WAS FAKE TRACKING AND NOWHERE NEAR WHERE I LIVED IN SOUTH EAST ENGLAND!! THEY THEN SAID THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT & I'VE HEARD NOTHING SINCE! I HAVE EMAILED AGAIN BUT REALISED I'VE BEEN SCAMMED & SO HAS MY POOR DOGGY WHO I BOUGHT IF FOR!! 😱🐾💙👎😫😡

Ordered a laptop and they sent it to Hawaii and I'm in Tennessee. Tried to contact customer service but I kept getting automated response never did speak to a person. Finally the blocked me from the website. I'm out $30. If you are a victom as well please report to better business bureau.

I ordered a bed spread 7 weeks ago nothing has came are they scamming us

Complete scam. Do not purchase from this group. I ordered a two person tent and they took my money and never delivered.

THEY SENT MY "LAPTOP", WHICH I PAID FOR, TO THE WRONG CITY, WRONG STREET, WRONG NUMBER, AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE "RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!
THEY ARE FAKE AND FRAUDULENT.
LOST $ 29.55

The goods never arrive. They just steal your money. And when you write to them they send a computerized message that your goods are arriving soon. I have sent their details to Interpol.

I like the other reviewers before me, ordered the Dell laptop. I have not received it or heard anything about it. Now the link in my email goes to a different web page. I guess have been scammed??? I am most upset about this!!

Just as others have already mentioned here...I have fallen for it too. Total scam, tracking no does not much my delivery address for the laptop. Getting same useless emails from them. Glad I have only lost 30 euros, but think how much did the scumbags got fleecing so many of us!!!
