Can’t rate Stelio highly enough. Our front door was broken into by the police by mistake and needed to get the door secured again. Stelio came on his birthday to check and secure the door so it was safe. Rather than recommending a costly new door, he suggested repairing the locking mechanism as the door was actually still perfectly ok.

The work was completely in a timely manner and kept me informed at all times! Would definitely use his services again.

We called Stelios for an issue with two faulty windows and he gave us a really reasonable quote. On the day, he came over and had the job sorted within 40 mins, so a nice prompt fix. Called about locking myself out of my house, he asked to send a picture of the lock/door. He said that it would be easy to access without having to damage the door or lock. He arrive when he said he would and prompted with text when he was close by. He got straight to it, and I was back in within no more than a minute. Super down to earth and very professional manner. Great service. Very quick communication. Arrived when he said he would. Changed all my locks like requested and explained the mechanisms. Once done I asked if he could look at my bathroom window lock which was stuck and he stayed for what seemed like hours trying to fix it. Very professional service. Repaired two window locks on up and over windows. Also replaced a front door lock. Had a lot of difficulties finding a locksmith who would repair the window locks and this locksmith did it to a high standard.
