Basically Our 1st Experience.

Basically didn't know anything about what could happen when a vehicle written off. As this was our 1st time. We were pleased with the smoothness the process took to handle. Although we didn't receive any of our personal belongings. The date was, 31 January 2025. 06-30am. M6 motorway Bamber Bridge, Preston.

Judgement reserved for now

I can't rate yet as I haven't had an outcome.
It was however easy enough to process. I will reserve judgement for now in the hopes that I am delighted and not wish I hadn't started the process.

Just had a claim successfully settled…

Just had a claim successfully settled for an undervalued car that had been written off. They were in contact with me regularly and I understood what was happening at every step of the way. I probably could have done the work for the claim myself, but honestly I was happy to pay for the service to save myself the stress.
