The initial phone call put me at ease, Maya was friendly and professional and sorted me out with a plumber for the next day. They came exactly on time and were finished within the hour. Brilliant service, very quick and efficient. We had a leaking toilet in our Airbnb, with guests arriving a few hours later so in a panic, I knew I needed help, fast! I found the number online and spoke to Mia, who was very professional and friendly and immediately sent a plumber to me- the whole thing was sorted and fixed within the hour, what a relief. Yes, I could have spent ages myself ringing around local plumbers - but I didn't have time for that when it was an emergency and I was in the midst of cleaning the property ready for guests. This company does the hard bit for you, and sources the help straight away, stress free. Highly recommend!

Emergency Toilet Issue
Marcus on the phone, and Mehmet the drainage specialist were both great.
Our toilet wasn't draining and it was causing issues with the bath and sink. As we only have one toilet, I called immediately and Marcus was great telling me the process and keeping me updated via WhatsApp. Mehmet arrived a few hours after and was great at locating and sorting the issue.
I would 100% recommend and will use again if need be!

Reliable emergency service.
This company provided an emergency service when it was needed. Everyone was polite and helpful, and I was kept informed.
The plumber turned up when he said he would, found the problem quickly and sorted it out with no fuss - he had the part he needed in the van. He tidied up afterwards.
He didn’t have a card machine, so we had to pay in cash, but I found out afterwards we could probably have paid by bank transfer.

Had a burst pipe in the bathroom typically on a Sunday,I didn’t know what to do as no local plumbers were available so i searched the Internet for emergency plumbers came across this number. Spoke to Samuel G. Who was really helpful he took all my details and told me he’d be back in touch as soon as he had a plumber that could get to quick.within 5 minutes he phoned back a plumber would be out with me by 12pm. Alan Evans, the plumber was brilliant he arrived 12 pm on the dot.He got straight to work and got the job done within 2 hours.
