We needed an emergency plumber to sort out the slow drain of bath water. I stumbled across ALL HOME REPAIRS, I’m glad I did as their service was spot on, plumber was here within 2 hours and sorted the issue professionally. If I need another emergency plumber I will use them again without question. Price quoted was reasonable for the job in hand and we understood if anything extra was needed then that would cost more. All that said we are 100% happy.

I was anxious about hidden costs but they reassured me about how much it would be and the costs were exactly that. As a woman alone, I knew the name of the person coming and time and the predicted costs and what might make the costs change (such as parts) and what the likelihood of the cost of parts would be. They came out the same day, arrived earlier than I expected which was ace, fixed it, super polite and tidy and all done for the anticipated costs. I was so relieved to both have it fixed and affordable manner and timely too. Am so pleased.

Basically All Home Repairs 24/7 is an expensive middle man.
They charged £180 and told me that they would send one of their local engineers.
Turns out, the engineer wasn't one of their engineers but was a local engineer that I could have called myself.
The engineer then charged me an additional £180 and then told me that he usually only charges £150.
I should have just called the local water board who would have resolved the issue free of charge.
I'm also still waiting for them to provide a receipt from the local engineer, but I've been messaging for a month now.

We clearly advise that there are two separate payments: an initial payment to All Home Repairs 24/7 for arranging the emergency attendance and managing the service, followed by the agreed engineer's fee for carrying out the repair. This is only booked once the customer is happy to proceed and has agreed to the costs.
We also work with a trusted network of vetted local engineers, allowing us to provide a rapid response across the UK. This is explained during the booking process so customers understand how our service operates.
Regarding your receipt, we're sorry to hear you haven't yet received it. This certainly isn't the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact our office with your job reference if you haven't already, and we'll ensure this is chased up with the engineer as a priority.

Rang up on Sunday which happened to be father's day.
Not thinking anyone would come out, but within 2hrs they arrived found the problem in the drain in the car park and within 1.5hrs all sorted 👍

Had a leaking boiler where water was spilling out of a pipe and flooding our garden, rang AHR at 7am and their engineer Kieran arrived 4hrs later. Brilliant service. Kieran was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and worked professionally, would highly recommend!

Update on review below. Firstly the call handlers are brilliant. It’s no fault of theirs that I ended up in a mess. Second plumber came after an email sent. This was a totally different kettle of fish. Polite, genuinely wanted to get me sorted and did his utmost. Therefore the stars are for the first plumber I’d give him none personally but I can’t.
This young man was absolutely brilliant. First of all let me say the advisor Nat was brilliant. First plumber came told me I had a leak in my hot water tank and I would need a new one. Told me he’d stopped the hot water tank refilling. Had the taps on to drain the the tank and he went. After while noticed the tank was filling up again. Called again to tell them what was happening. Nat was really good. Told me a second plumber would be here at 5pm but none arrived. So more expense.

I had to ring a number for an urgent fix to a problem at my parents house, Sam got it organised on the phone that evening and 10am the next day the guy he sent out unblocked the drain. All good 👍
