You are rubbing peoples. Over 1 month I tried to change my car or replace my car you not let me I SOLD MY CAR what should I do ? You not have contact number to calling you just call for claim how you have not phone number or costumer service ? I was tried online you not giving option to change or cancel cover just showing pay £167 then u can cancelled . Why can't replace my car or stop cover ? All reviews 4 or 5 stars fake not from costumers all from your people . You are fake company nobody can calling you nobody can change car or replace car must pay over £150 then they giving decision stop cover or not . Tried to cancel insurance policy after I sold my car and they have been so unhelpful and let the fees increase.
Avoid this company completely. The worst insurer out there, I should have never used them again.
Lesson learnt!

Session time-outs
Website wouldn't allow me to get a quote for a new car I was looking at. Would populate fields about car but could not press 'all done' to continue.
Multiple chat sessions trying to get an assistant, but sessions would time-out and have to connect again and back at the bottom of the queue again.
When I finally got through to someone session timed-out again. I know that price of insurance reflects not able to call, but assumption is that all supporting services work.

I cannot recommend Allianz based on my experience.
My Subject Access Request took over four months to receive, yet the information provided appeared incomplete and did not adequately address the data I had requested. Throughout the process, responses were repeatedly delayed, making it unnecessarily difficult to obtain information to which I believe I was entitled.
I have also found it extremely difficult to escalate my concerns through a formal complaints process, with little transparency or accountability when seeking answers.
My experience has left me with little confidence in Allianz's commitment to openness, customer service, or fair treatment. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider these issues carefully before choosing this insurer.

The bug on the 'change car' journey
I was trying to change my car as I have a new one but the journey for change of car was not working 0 despite numerous attempts!
I tried the chat function 3 times but the waiting time was too long - I thought this was supposed to be a more efficient function???
Eventually i managed to get on a chat with Deepa who said that there is a bug in the journey and told me how to over-ride this! It would have saved me a lot of time if a message was put on the website to this effect!!
I was about to cancel my car insurance policy and go elsewhere as it seemed an easier option but thankfully managed finally to change my car - The secret is to tell it that you don't know the registration number!
