Could not reset my password to get into my account

i could not complete my transaction and wanted to pay account. There was no apparent reason for this and amount had been approved by bank.

My insurance was up for renewal yesterday (Sunday) I paid online with Allianz and it is showing on my banking app as being paid. This morning I got an email to say my insurance was due so I called and spoke to a girl called Aysha who said that it will take two days for their systems to recognize this and therefore I can’t drive for two days. I told her it’s on my banking app and I have always paid like this and received confirmation straight away but she said no it will take a few days for the system to recognize this and I’m not insured till it does.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told that this can take two days and she put methrough to another girl Aria who again would not put me through to a manager.
Now I can’t take out another insurance policy as they have my money and I can’t drive my car because they said it’s not renewed yet.
Absolutely ridiculous. Iv never ever heard of this. My house insurance with another company sent documents within a few monitor me paying. The same with my travel insurance

Been very helpful in the pass when I needed my car insurance moved to a different car temporarily while getting repaired and extending it multiple times when it kept needing to be repaired in garage.
