I was just hung up on the phone by a…

I was just hung up on the phone by a women who refused to tell me her name at the Bankstown call centre. My order has been sitting in the depot for over 8days now and the depot is only 20mins away from my home. I was promised by this company it would arrive by end of week and 2weeks later still no response. I will never be ordering online from a company that uses this delivery service. Disgusting customer service and they are liers.
I will be tacking the customer service from the women who took my call to fair trading as she spoke horribly to me.

Allied Express, sending an email is not doing your job

It is a complete failure on Allied Express that when you eventually speak to a customer service person they give you the same information that is on the app. When asked for them to contact a depot or the secondary contractor they just say they will send an email as this is company policy.
Had a mattress meant to be delivered on a Thursday, received app update as well as text saying it was on its way. Of course nothing. After talking to the Allied Express Consultant they said they would send an email and let me know, on the Friday. Of course nothing. The following Monday I followed up, same process. Then the Wednesday i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but was told they would send an email to escalate that. The following Monday i called back and complained no contact. I wanted to know where the mattress was and where the depot was and i would collect. Wednesday i was told where the depot was.
Went to the depot on Wednesday and was told that not sure why not delivered, maybe nobody home, even with clear instructions to call my mobile an hour before delivery, confirmed by all parties. Then told was meant to be held at depot.
This took nearly 2 weeks once the mattress arrived in Mackay for me to finally receive it. It took over 4 hours of me on the phone and the answer i got was "I will send an email, this is our policy".
Damn useless. Who is going to pay me for my wasted time.

Liers

Wasn't my choice having ordered through K Mart.
I called 4 days ago to ask where my 3 weeks late parcel was they lied and said Kmart don't have it at their warehouse and they don't have an order number for it...
Kmart have just told me they have tried 3 times for them to pick it up at their warehouse and aren't responding to them.
I've read all the reviews.
Like many others, I am shocked they still operate.
Hate being lied to!
Also, like ALL of us.
I ordered my item on the 27th of November.
Today is the 14th of December.
Nuts.

Poor Delivery Time

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It was not my choice to have an online purchase delivered with Allied Express. If I had to send something myself, I would never engage the services of this company. The item I have purchased has been sitting in their warehouse (1 hour away from the delivery address) for more than 10 days now. This company is obviously too lazy to fulfil the service they have been hired for and the customer service is lacking, unable to provide detailed information on the location of the item and why it has been held up. Would not request to use them at all.

service is downright poor and frustrating. Their communication is lacking and estimate delivery dates are never true or accurate. There also hard to get hold of.

Wasted all day waiting

If I could give zero stars I would.
On receiving a text my kid’s Xmas present would arrive today, and I had to be home to receive, I had a plan in place to distract her when the large box arrived. I kept a close eye on the front door and the website (that to be honest actually looked like a fake scam site) with no updates. At 4:45pm Queensland time the site updated to say the driver attempted delivery and were not able. (I’d been home all day.)

I found a local number as the Sydney office was closed. The person I spoke to called the driver who said the roadworks near my home help them up for 20mins so they just retired to the depot. I’ve never waited more than 5mins in the months the roadworks have been happening.

Nobody called me to tell me anything. My kiddo missed a planned visit to a friend’s place in the afternoon AND we have to stay home all day tomorrow to repeat the ordeal. Awesome first week of school holidays for the poor kid.

The website and system is like dealing with a company 15 years ago.

Abusive "customer support"

Repeatedly abused and hung up on when seeking assistance for an emergency situation and was not delivered as per their delivery requirements. And apparently a glass item over 2m high left out on the ground where children play is not dangerous enough to warrant an emergency situation. I wish this site allowed for picture evidence.
Quite frankly, she was a disgusting woman that should not be employed in any paying or non-paying job. I was literally called a liar, abused for not watching the news and ridiculed for the weather! On consideration, I don't believe she was stable of mind.

If 0 stars was an option I would have…

If 0 stars was an option I would have selected that! The worst delivery company areound by far!!! I placed an order and had a tracking number. All items should have been together but instead were delivered over 3 days, it’s now been 3 weeks and I still don’t have a Christmas tree! I have emailed and called to find out where my item is and have had absolutely no help! The customer service is appalling! The people I spoke to on the phone were rude and dismissive and couldn’t even count to 2! I am beyond pissed off and will be organising a refund from the place of purchase! My kids don’t get a Christmas tree this year! Thanks so much Allied express!

Rubbish service if you can call it service

Rubbish service if you can call it that. A queen sized mattress could not be located. Arrived at in depot day after I ordered and sat there for 7 days. The rude so-and-so on the phone had the nerve to tell me to wait at least 24 or 48 hours for them to locate it and simply wait for an sms. No I couldn't get it from the depot and did I realise they don't work weekends. Sure, be rude just to add to the pain. I had to call the supplier/seller and take a one hour round trip to get another mattress. We drove 1200 kms to meet this mattress assuming it would be delivered within a week (local supplier to local depot to local address). Suppliers, don't use them please. Ridiculous attitude!

Ordered a stove online and paid $90 for…

Ordered a stove online and paid $90 for delivery. Keep in mind that other delivery services will basically unwrap and take away the packaging for that much - all i expected was that it would be delivered INSIDE. I had to pay another HUNDRED AND FIFTY bucks on airtasker for someone to get the 50kg stove inside.

This wasn’t even the first of my problems with Allied Express. They were simply hopeless at communicating delivery. They were hopeless at customer service. They were hopeless. I basically felt like they expected me to sit at home for a week waiting for the text that it was being delivered. Twice, I chose a day later on in the week, only to have them ring in the days before saying they were at my house and could they just leave it. When I called to ask if I could lock in a delivery window, I was told I didn’t pay for that. They hung up on me twice. When I called to organise a Saturday delivery, that was organised- only for me to be told a week later that they didn’t do Saturday deliveries. In the end, I had to take a day off work. I have never NOT been able to organise a delivery window and they just weren’t interested. But the fact that they just dumped it outside, expecting me to get it in when they had to trolly: disgraceful service. I’d give less than one star if I could. Don’t use Allied Express.

Terrible customer service

It's the 14th of Nobember . A driver just ignored to bring a heavy mattress to the front door. I already requested to get it to carry upstairs,. But When I called to the office again, they completely denied as I didn't request it before , no listening and hung up on the phone during talking . Terrible rude customer service !!!!!!

Allied Express Driver at fault…

Thursday 9 November at approximately 1:30pm, me and my mother were travelling towards Alexandria when suddenly we were hit by a Allied Express delivery truck. The drivers side mirror and panels were damaged. The driver kept driving as if nothing happen. It came to a stop a short time after. His name is Mohsin Ali Shaikh. He was unable to claim it through insurance as we are not insured. It’s been reported to the police and my solicitors will be chasing up this mess.

the worst thing i ever did asked seller to return itemas it did not do the common australian vehicles
was told that was ok and they sent me a return address
and said i will get a refund when it arrives. so sent it back with an australian post tracking
it arrived ok, then alli express tampered with my account, it lost my name and password
The company I was dealing with would not answer any emails or messages
Ali express is a terrible company to deal with beware
I lost 5
$500 from there poor dealings and do not even have the item so paid for nothing
PayPal is just as bad with there claims section denial of the item even though I sent all relevant information about this item,they don’t even ask you for more information
Both companies are joined at the hip,be warned

Terrible service

Terrible service
I have had the worst experience trying to get my package delivered. I have been in contact with Allied Express and their partner Transdirect to try and sort this issue out. Despite several call from my self and the sender, and reassurance from these companies, the package still hasn’t left the depot. I the ordinal date was the 22nd of October, nearly 2 weeks later and the package hadn’t been sent. at one stage the tracking said the package was out for delivery, I lost a days work waiting at home for it, only to be told this was a scan error. As my package is needed for work, I am also loosing money every day it sits in their depot. After the package was collected and resent by the seller and I was told that the matter would be sorted out and i’d receive a new eta. It has now been 6 days and my package is still sitting in Brisbane, freight to my location usually only takes 4 days, this is unacceptable. I’m m at my wits end, how hard is it to get a courier to forward it to me!!!

Extremely poor customer and delivery service

Delivery driver refused to bring heavy item up some stairs to front door. I asked for it to be returned and brought back when they have the right amount of people to deliver. They then lied to the sender, stating there was no failed delivery. Finally admitted to failing the delivery but refused to deliver with required number of people to safely lift, insisting on leaving on the driveway. Was hung up on twice while trying to sort out - ended up getting them to return to sender and the sender organised personal delivery

Fraudsters - Beware of them

A company run and managed by some unbelievable fraudsters; very good at falsifying, cheating and making you suffer. They do not have a complaint procedure; they will not pay heed to your complaint at all. Once you are a customer, you will simply have to end up as a toy of them. We beg you NOT to use them lest you will become another victim of these fraudsters.

Where is my items

Items was fast to dispatch to mackay but now sitting in limbo at mackay depot for 5 days so far. They say they emailed them and waiting for a reply. Where is my parcels so I can pick them up myself. Lazy company, will not shop with those who use this service. Freight charges is overpriced and delivery times if they deliver is slow. Aus post is faster and cheaper
