Easy design, colors came out true. fast delivery! will use again

Printing quality is terrible. The design on the logo portion of the front got snagged in the print. So it wasn’t a clean print.
The text print looked like it was a shirt that’s been worn a thousand times. When I addressed these concerns, I was told that due to the colors, this is the best they could offer. My complaint wasn’t the quality of the logo colors. It was the snag in the printing. My problem with print quality was the white lettering. Plus they advertise no shipping. I was charged shipping that cost as much as the dang shirt. Poor quality product. Poor customer service, false advertisement. Don’t waste your time.

UPDATE: the shirt has been washed, and now the print is peeling off on all sides. I have had to contact the company multiple times. I am promised a full refund at this point but have yet to receive it.

WORST customer experience I ever had. Cancelled items, delayed delivery, FAULTY PRINT (which clearly shouldnt have passed QC). Most disappointing.

The image itself is clear and placed well on the shirt but it’s slightly crooked - kind of ruins the entire thing honestly.

I wash my shirts in cold water on gentle before giving them out. The ink was crack and worn off when I got them out. I did not put them in dryer. I couldn't use them which was a big issue for our event. Immediately called them and hey asked me to se d pics which I did. It's been 4 days waiting for a response. I guess rush shipping replacements isn't happen.

The quality is great the type of print I chose was what I imagine. To have a 5 star would be just for some details. The customizations were great but when you placed the order you would assume that the sizes are in stock, in my case I asked for 2 different sizes and designs; got a confirmation on the delivery of 1 item, but the other one was the solution was just to reimburse?? How about reaching the customer before printing and sending the shirt with the option to something similar instead of having him do the process all over again, maybe you can shave them with other color or size or even a change of style.

Also the catalog for kids and women sizes could be improved, since the options are very limited on those fronts so if you want something more fitted for a women well good luck. But overall experience is great and the quality is perfect

Colors are faded, put on crooked and the screen print ink is blurry and streaky in areas. Called and emailed and still haven’t heard back from anyone since responding with photos of my order.

Extremely Disappointed! First I specifically chose a shirt that had larger sizes in stock specified on your site. I order the shirts, I was told guaranteed deliver by Jan 28th! Which worked out because we ordered these shirts for a event. I get an email saying delivery will delayed about a week before the 28th. I ended up calling, they told me my order is delayed because they don’t have any sizes larger than XL, they are out of stock. Which I explained I chose this shirt specifically because your site told me larger sizes were in stock. I asked if you are out of stock why are you waiting 4 weeks after my order to tell me this? She replies we don’t notify of any problems until we print. I almost canceled the order, but didn’t. “ wish I would have”…. They refunded me the shirts that were bigger than xl and told me

Be disappointed! Be warned, expect to be let down! Don’t expect a quality product from this company!

The color was completely off and looks really bad. The shirts are unusable. After the order, I realized there is no way to complain or request a refund on their site. I say save yourself some trouble and spend a little extra on a reputable company.

Shirt quality is very good, however, the sizes run smaller than usual. All of my tee shirts are XL and fit fine, while the shirt I just received is very tight!

The lettering is not the color I wanted. It’s is a gray, silverfish color and I wanted white. I hope we can correct this and get me a new order
