Item did not arrive by guaranteed delivery date, which was something I was depending on. When I called customer service, they claimed it would be arriving on time.

The printing is not what was to be.

Logo was incorrect.

No dark yellow boarder, to big on breast pocket.

The first order was right...I had no draft approval!

Very disappointed. We have small budget for shirts and these are all but useless.

The writing that was supposed to be red on the shirts I ordered was pink. It’s an auto body shop, so the guys refuses to wear them. So disappointed

The quality of the shirt as well as the printing was excellent. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the background. I will use Alliedshirts from now on!

One of my shirts was stained. The overall quality of the shirt is sub-par. Colors looked faded. Overall, the shirts look like they've been worn and washed 50 times. Won't order again.

The shirt itself was on the expensive side and is cheap and thin.

The print size and font was as ordered.

The print quality (the red lettering) looked washed out, not a deep red as in the preview picture and after just 1 trip thru the washing machine the lettering is now cracking, I don't expect this shirt to last very long and overall I was disappointed in the quality relative to the high price.

I thought shipping was a bit slow as well.

However I did like your design portal for laying out the shirt itself. You had some great features/tools which made it easy to design this shirt, you also had more options than most to make the shirt even more customizable.

But it did put a smile on Nana's face so you get some credit for that!

The final product turned out nice but, the image I wanted on the front was missing the date and distances of the races which went around the front logo was missing. This was a somewhat large order, $2,200.00. Also, I wanted to add 20 shirts to my order but they made me place a new order. I knew I would be cutting it close so hesitated but went ahead anyway. The next day I called and they said they had to substitute shirts because there were not enough of the other kind - they should have let me know when I ordered. So, I had to then proceed to order the same thing again but with upgraded shirts - they upgraded them at no charge. However, I was then told that the delivery date would be after our race was set to occur. Therefore, I had to pay 500.00 to overnight the order in order to get it in time for packet pickup. So I did, and I called the next day to be sure the order went out... and it did not. The order went out the day after that because of production problems I was told. The shirts a day late for packet pickup which was when we wanted them. I was able to still give them out at the race but it made things much more hectic and disorganized. It would be nice if one person handled the order instead of someone different at every phone call. It was frustrating and nerve wracking that the shirts kept getting delayed.

Overall good quality shirts! Great Great Price! I didn't get all the sizes I needed, but I will re-order for sure! Arrived before the scheduled date!

Excellent work on the shirts. The quality of the shirt itself is great and the printing is exactly what I asked for. Only issue I had was trying to understand the pricing which seemed different between the order page (apparently shows the price for just the shirt w/o printing?) and the cart. And the cart and the receipt (discounts were combined on the receipt) were slightly different too. Bottom line, I got exactly what I wanted and next time around I'll know how to navigate the site better. Thanks.

Overall satisfied. Color was a bit lighter than picture and order took a while to process but is still needed & useful !

Good material and print quality but 1 of the shirts wasn't packed safely and getting it open with scissors actually cut in to 1 of the shirts - never had that happen before .

Back design was perfect, however the front design had a weird white-ish square but, had the words I wanted on the front but was badly off center (far to the right).

Quick turnaround time and great printing. Will definitely use again for my custom wear needs.

The prints themselves when they first arrived looked flakey, and was just confirmed upon first wash - low agitation and inside out in cold water only mind you, with NO heated dry - and the entire print basically came off. White and grey flakes of color all over the shirts from where the print was. The color wasn't correct on our dark grey shirts, and I never heard once from a designer/quality control that would let us know prior to receiving the shirts. I have used a company, aside from Allied, that not only had the quality checks beforehand - but they got the shirts to us in DAYS versus WEEKS. INCREDIBLY disappointed, and honestly would like to be refunded for the waste of money and time.

Order placed 28 days before activity for which shirt was needed. Did not receive shirts until day after the event. Order sizes not correct, however, because of not having the shirts for event needed, a refund was approved.

Looks great! The word placement was spot-on, and the quality of the shirt was better than expected.

These shirts came out much better than I expected. Thanks again for everything. They're excellent!

I felt GILDAN material was athletic material, the shirts arrived and said cotton, which shrinks, not what I wanted, but design was very nice.
