A fantastic team and company
My experience with Allied Surveyors was great. I cannot praise the team enough. Both Diane and Julian were brilliant. They were both proactive, efficient, informative and extremely helpful. Great service. Fitted in very quickly and was very accommodating and survey provided within 2 days of survey being carried out which was amazing as heard some forms take well over a week to produce. Survey was very detailed and brilliant guidance provided.

Used 2 irrelevant comparators and the third was valued 55k more than what they valued mine at. Extremely lowball figure. If you are selling stay clear of this company.

Personal touch
I’m not sure if it’s a very small team in the office or just the amazing personal feel of the group. You speak to one person and they know who you are and who’s dealing with you and what you are calling about. It’s lovely to speak to people and not “I’ll get you transferred to that team”. They are hard working and thorough with the work they complete also.

5 Star Review - would highly recommend
I received a comprehensive RICS Level 2 survey within 2 weeks of the surveyor's visit to the property. Simon was brilliant; he called me and walked me through the points from the survey and provided me with guidance on areas for improvement based on the Amber and Red alerts.
I would highly recommend Allied Surveyors to anyone moving into a new property or buying their first property. Sometimes it can feel quite scary reading a detailed report, but if you decide to use Allied, a lot of those worries will disappear due to their customer care and clarity.
