I placed my order three weeks ago and have not received any updates since the payment. I have tried reaching out three times already (via e-mail and their website), but have not received a reply. Either it's very poor cutomer service, or it's a scam. Don't bother ordering from them.

Very happy with my experience and the deal that was being offered at the time so I paid for three necklaces but received five. The material seems solid, great quality for every day wear.

I love the charm, the moon is beautiful with the details but the chain was very cheap looking and didn't look so good against the charm so I put it on an actual sterling silver chain. The shipping time was longer than expected as well and the updates for the package through whatever uniuni is, didn't update for days and then the package was out for delivery.

I still have not received my order. I have reached out twice with no reply. I'm sad bc it was a lot of money and I have nothing.

The tracking details are a little weird, but trusted the process! I will be a returning customer!

The chains are larger and longer than I expected – but still very beautiful! The moon locket necklace is a bit tricky to open and close. I’ve decided to keep the order, though I must admit I was hoping for a little bit more overall. The packaging could have been a bit more thoughtfully done as well. That said, the design is truly lovely, and I’m hopeful that the quality will hold up well over time.

I'm extremely disappointed as I ordered more than one month ago, and still didn't receive anything. The customer service was also extremely disappointing and inefficient as they answered me once telling me that they'll provide to resend it to me but then they disappeared, stoppta answering my mails and never sent me anything at all....

It took a while to ship but I am very happy with my order. I got what I ordered and it came in a cute packaging. I hope it lasts long but I still need to try it out. I wore the jewellery for like 2 weeks but it still looks great even the ring that comes in touch with water everyday.

The company is very misleading in the value of the items sold, in particular the Tarot card charms. Im sure they are always running a sale on these items to deceive people into buying more and to give the illusion of quality and value.
These exact items are available through a variety of sellers on Amazon for less than the "sale"price promoted on Alliette. I know because I ordered the same piece from both sites, and they are identical to the finest detail.
Companies like this make it difficult to support small businesses.

I ordered a size which turned out to be a little too big for me. So, I contacted them and ordered me new ones for free. Really good quality and service. Also they responded really fast.
