The delivery was later, then it was told on site.
Phone has small scratches instead I ordered the best condition with extra pay.
But I got iPhone and it’s working correctly so the result is close to my expectations.

The delivery rescheduled 2 times and the battery is 76%

It never gave me any problem from purchasing on the website to shipment that was coming to my country. The staff communicated everything clearly and addressed my questions were applicable. It was seamless. The only downfall was that it did not inform me that the shipment would take 2 weeks whereas the tracking on the website said it would arrive in 5 days luckily I did my research and I knew it would take 2 weeks.

My order did not disappoint. The quality was even better than I expected plus shipping was a lot faster that I expected. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I didn't appreciate the long delivery and the lack of access that the delivery service doesn't provide. Also the phone took a very long time to be shipped. I had to pay extra for delivery and there is no transparency about custom costs during or after purchase. I also received a random call asking for my personal information for the shipment. I wish the steps were more clear and transparent. I'm going to give 4 stars because the phone works great. However, I did order good condition and the phone overheats and there's quiete some scratches around the camera. I would probably order again if they could decrease delivery costs and there was transparency

The phone is in great condition, charger is working perfectly and and the the ordering process was easy and amazing. The company sells phones that are in perfect condition. I am very happy

I got my shipment in good condition like I ordered. It got delivered the exact day that was suggested it would arrive.

They said battery would be 80+ but mine is at 76% it has no scratches accept at the back camera it also has a tiny dot of ink at the side of the screen overall a good phone

Product looks and behaves as it was described.
But delivery process could be improved!
Product finally arrived after 10 days instead of promised 3-4 days and in between no update on product delivery.

I am very disappointed from Allo allo for the complete lack of communication. I ordered an iPhone and due to device issues I have repeatedly tried to communicate in order to fix or replace my device without result. Finally I asked for money return because I didn’t have any contact with the company and again I didn’t receive any response. In reality that means that there is no warranty for the problems that the phone already has or for future ones. Don’t recommend!!

Everything was perfect and how I expected it!

The time to deliver the good was not as the first declared time. It took 6 days more than expected.
So far the phone is good. The battery last enough and the case and screen was found with no defect.

My phone was at least 50€ cheaper than on other sites which delivered more promptly, but who also added a delivery fee on top.
Communication about delivery details wasn't great, but it arrived safely within 10 days of ordering and looks good. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Thank you for your good service. I received it and I am happy. It just has miner scratches, but you can only see them when paying too much attention… I would like to advise that, the phones be cleaned so that they look even nicer. But either than that, I am happy. And thanks a lot for your wonderful service. I’ll be ordering another one soon
