I received my order in record time

I received my order in record time. Bought my phone 3 December 2025 and I received my delivery 10 December 2025 in a very good condition as I had expected. Throughout, I was able to track my parcel while it travelled, and the courier company constantly sent me updates on the parcel until delivery.

I love the phone and was an easy…

I love the phone and was an easy process to order them, with the relevant information to track it. Only disappointing on the delivery dates as I paid to get it delivered in 2 days, it was received almost two weeks. Also did not know it was ordered from overseas and that I would pay Tax and Duties on top of it! As I know it’s a company in South Africa.

My phone doesn’t want to start there’s nothing I can do with it

I want it to be returned and exchange it if there’s that option or refund me, I’ve been waiting so long for an item that is not working

I don’t believe how can you make such mistake even the colour of the phone is not the one I picked and you guys didn’t bother to email me for another preference

This experience has been the best unboxing the phone and finding it neatly packaged with stickers that my boys really loved and in excellent condition …

This experience has been the best -number 1 -Allo allo proved to be legit .No 2-The divice arrived in the axact form ,thus included the battery.Which,I never expected.Even the fact that the package is beautifully packaged was super special.
