I'm very happy with my purchased no regrets whatsoever just that it has Minor scratches but it's nothing and wait did I tell you that it arrived early than the estimated date and that was just a cherry of top❤️😍

The company advertises a minimum battery capacity of 80%, yet the phone I received had less than 70% and became completely unusable after just two months. The customer service was also inadequate and unhelpful.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller.

I am honestly shocked and deeply disappointed by my experience with Allo Allo. I feel the need to share this so that others won’t go through the same situation.

I bought an iPhone 13 mini in June 2025. The invoice clearly stated it came with a “new battery.” Whitin 2 months, the battery health dropped from 100% to 79%, which is absolutely not normal for a new battery. I contacted Allo Allo many times asking for support under their 24-month warranty, and I received contradictory answers — first they told me it was covered, then later told me that batteries are “consumables.”

I tried every official contact method, including the email they list on PayPal. Most of my messages were ignored. I felt completely alone dealing with this issue.

After weeks without a proper response, I finally had to open a PayPal case and return the phone at my own expense. The phone has already been delivered back to them, but I still have not received my refund. The lack of communication is unbelievable.

I never expected a situation like this, and it has escalated to a point where I feel like a victim of very poor customer service. I hope by sharing this, others will be aware and think twice before purchasing. I truly hope my case will eventually be resolved, but no customer should ever have to fight this hard for something so simple.

The phone is perfect

Well I am using this site for a while, good quality for price, time to time, devices have small issues. This time unfortunately, fingerprint does not work.

The phone is great ,everything is working fine ,I got one in good condition but the battery was new has minor scratches but fine ,just had issues with the delivery all I can say is it was bad ,bad ,they delayed waited three more day I had to keep calling as they where not communicating at al,0/10

I can’t lie I didn’t expect it to be this good ,I love it ,the only sad thing is a bought a white one and I got a yellow and I hate yellow

Waiting a whole week for a rubbish phone is really annoying. Scuff marks all over the phone - including on the screen that has clearly been replaced. The screen replacement was poorly done because it’s not even secured properly to the phone.

Hi, I'm quite disappointed with my purchase from Allo Allo. The phone has significant scratches on the screen and sides, and the battery health is at 65%, contrary to the advertised +80%. I'd like to return the phone as it's not what I expected. Please let me know the next steps to have the phone exchanged!!

I’m very happy with the product,I say big up to allo allo .don’t think twice go for that phone it’s worth it.i had problems only with fedex asking tax from me wich I was not aware of it but nonetheless I’m very much happy with the product looks like new but it was a good condition battery 88% yo thank you allo allo.

Phone battery does not even last for 2 minutes on. I am so heartbroken and I just receive it today.

The devices are real. I've ordered two iPhone differently now and I'm impressed with the fact that allo allo is not a scam. I'm a happy customer

Great , the delivery took a bit longer but not too late. The phone is in good condition and my daughter is happier than ever.

Presented as local / Norwegian webshop. Only after order you understand that it’s China based. They don’t have a VAT/ MVA deal so recived VAT bill from FedEx on additional 25%. Be aware

It was a smooth process I didn’t get any complications I got my order sooner than I expected it and the phone it beautiful I love the colour and everything about it

I love that you can get phones that are still in good condition at an affordable price. However, it would’ve been nice to know that the company is outside of South Africa therefore you will be required to pay tariffs when your phone gets delivered but besides that phones are great.
