Not clear where to enter the parking, the employee was literally screaming at us because we parked at the wrong place. Multiple other drivers were also lost, so you can see it is not just us.

The driver abandonned us. We almost missed our flight. We had to park our car at the Zaventem parking lot with extra cost.I have ask for reembursment but nobody ever replied.I definitely not recommend. I am extremely désappointement.

Fifteen minutes after booking the parking lot, I realized my flight was already in Zaventem. So, I made a mistake. I then canceled my reservation. I sent an email explaining my flight details and situation, but I haven't received a refund. This is truly theft

nul, nul, nul, le jour j j’appelle la société qui m’informe que ma réservation a été annulée faute de place. je n’ai reçu aucune information et me retrouve dans l’urgence 2 heures avant mon avion. dans l’obligation de prendre un parking plus cher avec un stress maximal
zero, zero, zero, on the d day I called the company who informed me that my reservation had been cancelled due to lack of space. I received no information and found myself in an emergency 2 hours before my plane. Forced to take a more expensive parking space with maximum stress

Everthing was fine. Only the way to the airport we waited a little….but all in all good
Had to wait for 1 hour to get picked up from the airport. Could've walked to the parking and been there faster.
On the first flight it was ok, nice guy.
And its cheap.

I paid 5 euros more for better service but at the parking they told me there was nothing like that. I had also to pay at my arrival 10 euros extra.
The service was OK and in due time.

because the shuttle is free for one person instead of three. This was not specified before placing the order.
Friendly people.
Well organised.
Had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to bring us to the airport.
I had to wait for 45 minutes at the airport until pick-up. My car was also very dirty after 5 days at the car park because of white stuff from trees or something else that I don't know.
