We experienced very poor communication: no availability by phone and only delayed responses via email. We strongly advise against booking parking here, as the service is highly unresponsive and lacks customer orientation.

If you have a choice, don't use the Allopark platform; book directly with the parking lot. I booked and paid for a spot at Go Park (Zaventem Airport) through Allopark. Later, I received an email saying Be Park was overbooked and we would be redirected to Starparking Zaventem. When we arrived at Starparking, no one was there to receive our car. Within five minutes, five more customers arrived. Everyone had to call the provided number, but the person on the other end didn’t speak good English, French, or Dutch. We waited about 30 minutes until an employee from Go Park arrived. We left our cars outside and handed the keys to the Go Park employee, who was trying to handle the situation. It’s clear that Starparking accepted the bookings and then gave up on managing the parking.
What I want to say is that Allopark is just a "booking site." It seems that this company doesn’t care about the quality of the services offered on their platform. It's difficult to contact them or resolve issues like this. Fortunately, I live in Belgium and was able to handle the situation myself, but I wonder how a tourist or someone on a business trip, who may not speak the language, would cope with such a situation. One of the other customers was about to reach the deadline for dropping off luggage at check-in.

Simple and quick to reserv…. It looks like the best price for the service
I really have never seen such horrible service from Budget Parking. We contacted the shuttle upon our arrival, late tickets at 2:45 a.m. They told us 20 minutes. They arrived at 4:05 a.m. and were very threatening and arrogant. In the end, they left us at the airport and left because they didn't like us complaining. It's unacceptable to avoid. I don't recommend it at all.

I made an online reservation and booking in advance, however, upon arrival at the parking lot in Brussels my booking was not visible and I still had to pay the amount in cash. I was told that the amount due would be refunded 3 weeks after my booking/trip, but we are now 5 weeks later and I still haven’t been refunded. My advice is not to book with this organization.

Absolutely appalling experience.
We retrieved our car to find the glove compartment completely ransacked — contents thrown across the seats as if someone had been searching for something. A pair of prescription glasses? Gone. Our phone holder? Also missing. When we reached out to question this, the responses were nothing, vague, evasive, and clearly pretending not to understand what we were saying. It felt less like customer service and more like a cover-up.
Frankly, the whole situation reeks of dishonesty. There’s no transparency, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers’ property. Trusting a company with your vehicle — and then discovering it’s been tampered with — is beyond unacceptable.
Avoid this company at all costs. You deserve better than this level of negligence and shady behavior.

I had reserves parking in advance for August 16th for 4 AM. Pon arrivas I found the gate closed. I tried calling the number provided in the confirmation but no one answered. In order to not to miss my flight, I was forced to park directory at Charleroi Airport and pay again. I submitted a refund request through the app but never received a response. Very poor service - I would not recommend this company.

Réservation de sa place de parking très simple et rapide!
I accidently booked a parking lot in the wrong city which I noticed directly upon confirmation (1 minute after my payment). I directly informed Allopark of the mistake, so within 5 minutes of the wrong reservation. The company refused to pay me back because I did not took a cancelation insurance which is absurd because I noticed directly the mistake made and informed them within minutes.

Professional, on time when picking-up the vehicule, on time when returning the car back. Excellent first experience.
I made a reservation with AIR EXPRESS PARKING… at the time I arrived with my car the parking was closed, nobody answered the phone!!
Absolutely not ok when you have to catch a flight.
Luckily Gataway parking (next the Air Express) was open, so I made a new reservation!
I asked for a refund but also there no reaction.
Very bad experience!
