Horrible
Horrible! The shuttle only came after a 25-minute wait, and then we had to drive to another parking lot first. On our return, we had to wait 35 minutes for the shuttle… Please remove the “10-minute max wait” from your website and communication, so people can plan ahead and avoid missing their flight or book a more reliable parking option instead.
This used to be a reliable parking service, but lately it’s been nothing but trouble.

I am really disappointed
I am really disappointed because the parking that I booked was in France and not in Belgium although the searching criteria was Charleroi Airport Belgium. Is there a way to be refunded? I need to pay extra to reach the airport on time.

I ordered parking from 7/20 to 8/17. I came to the parking lot 4 hours before the flight at the address on the app where there was no parking. I called the number on the app where I was given another address to which I went where again there was no parking so I was lied to and I had to park my car in the airport parking lot where I paid 400 euros in order not to miss my flight. So, you are scammers and I will sue you.

Additionally, the €10 cash-only 'tax' seems rather unusual. What kind of tax is this exactly? Despite having parked in Charleroi multiple times, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a charge - especially one that only accepts cash. It might be worth bringing this questionable practice to the attention of the relevant authorities.

I don’t recommmend. I rent a parking and I paid for it and when we arrived the guy said there is no more place. So we had to left and find more expensive parking in the airport. I’ve contacted them after to get my money back and they never replied.
