Item was ordered through Amazon but was never received so contacted the seller. Issue was dealt with by Emily who ensured the item was promptly re-delivered. Really top class service provided by Emily and All Pet Solutions I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered via Amazon for next day delivery but parcel didn’t come so we cancelled the order. This was over two weeks ago, cannot get a response from all pet solutions and the phone lines are never answered.
I needed the fish tank the next day as mine had started leaking and the lives of my fish were endangered.

Would not recommend this company whatsoever and will be raising a dispute with my bank to retrieve the money if I have not heard back soon.

I bought 2 dog harnesses through Amazon but when they came I could tell just by looking they were to small so asked for them to be exchanged for XL, No was the answer and also even though they ere returned as they were received they will not give a full refund they are taking £4.25 off the refund so having to contact my CC company to look into this ..will never buy from them again

Got offered 30% discount on a fish tank so ordered payed then got a email for a extra £80 for delivery what a con no mention of this when ordering , keep away from this company , their customer service is a joke never answer emails and phone line never available

I purchased a retractable 8m dog Lead in October 2021, unfortunately the lead now pulls out when walking my dog, this is dangerous when near the road. I contacted All Pet Solutions about the warranty as there was no information on Amazon. Amazon sent the message re-warranty to All Pet Solutions and I received a very quick response offering me a replacement. I accepted the offer and a new 8m retractable lead has been sent to me. Mark at All Pet Solutions was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I cannot fault the response and quickness of my problem being resolved in just a few hours.
I will definitely be purchasing products from them in the future!!

This company also trades as All Pond Solutions. I purchased a pond pump from this company for £74:99 including delivery. I received an email advising me that the package had been delivered. I had not received it and there had been no card put through the door. I advised the company that I had not received it and this is when the “fun” started. I received an email from them telling me that I needed to check all around my property and with all my nearby nieghbours. I did this and advised them that I had done as they wished and and confirmed that the package was not on my property and had not been received by any of my neighbours. I asked this company to contact their courier and find out where my package was and or a copy of the signature of the recipient. I received an email back asking me to confirm that I had not received the package and that I had checked as requested. I reconfirmed that I had by email. I received a further 5 emails from this company asking the same questions and I confirmed it 5 times. I asked them once again to contact their courier and obtain a copy of the recipients signature and address where it had been left. The company advised me that it was my responsibility to contact the courier. I inadvertently found out that a pensioner from the sheltered housing 100 metres from my house had seen the package on my step at 2100 and had picked it up for safe keeping. I advised the company and told them that the package had been found and I wanted to return it because of their less than adequate customer care/services. The runaround started again so I raised a complaint through PayPal, I then received the return postage paid label and returned the unopened package. The company delayed paying the refund and PayPal stepped in and settled the dispute and I finally received my refund from PayPal

I ordered the large dog travel crate and was extremely pleased with the quality, however my dog was terrified of it so I contacted customer service regarding a return, they were very helpful despite the fact that I did not have the original packaging and delivery note.

Very helpful response when I rang for advice. Prompt delivery (quicker than expected) and excellent product. I’ve purchased from them twice so far and would not hesitate to use them again based on my experience so far.

Have one star did not want to cannot get this company on the phone ( non delivery of item ) web site was only link phone went to voicemail .The delivery company DX are rubbish as well you have to give tracking number then passed around to everyone then told to go back to One pet solution s

I bought a scratching post for my fur babies it isn't great to be honest. It can't hold any weight even though my pets are small I have to put a weight on it to keep it from tipping over. It's a terrible design. Other than that, it was a quick delivery

I bought a filter for my fish tank and a couple of months later it stopped working. Kyra at customer services responded to me very quickly and ordered me a replacement. I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately royal mail took their time delivering my item but that's not the company's fault

My kitties needed a new litter tray.
I found one that fitted the bill on All Pet Solutions.
It was ordered and before I knew it….it was here…delivered by Royal Mail.
I was kept informed of the progress of my order from start to finish.
It arrived on time, well packed and in good order.
The service was super, the product is very good and the price was very competitive.
Would I recommend them…..certainly….they are fab.
