Great Customer Service.

I was looking to buy a new gate opener and found ASE’s website. They have a ton of options from different manufacturers. I had some questions about some of the accessories so I called the number on their site and was connected with James. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even texted me links to different manuals and options to look at. He even said he is available if I have questions during installation. Good customer service is rare these days so it’s nice when you get connected to an employee and company that cares.

Ease of transaction using Shop

Ease of transaction using Shop, quick shipping and lower price than Elite Gates who incorrectly listed their 12 pack of BD loop sealant at $28 for the case, and when out of courtesy I told them of the error so they could correct it and not be stuck honoring that price based on consumer advertising laws, instead of saying thank you, they said they would’ve cancelled the order anyway.. yeah, terrible customer service on their part and now you are my go to source! Thank you

So far everything but shipping is good

So far everything but shipping is good. $44 got me “economy” I now see? That’s not great, that shouldn’t be more than $10 for standard or economy. I was thinking it would be expedited for that much money. Gate is locked open, can’t secure the property until I get this, hoping you ship it soon please.

I received your package today and I opened it up in front of the UPS driver so you can be my witness. I only receive one so you Can contact me and let me know. When I get the merchandise I will let…

When I get the merchandise I will let you know. Its now 2 days past the promised date. I ordered from this company because it was going to be here no later then Monday and on Monday it changed to Tuesday and now Tuesday its changed to Wednesday. We shall keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow.

There was no communication on the delivery date

There was no communication on the timeline when the product would be delivered. I had to emailed twice asking and still never really received a delivery date.

The overall order went fine

The overall order went fine. Shipped promptly and received without issue. The issue is with the strip light that mounts to the barrier gate. Again... it is non functional. It lights up red, but the button to change the function is inop. This is the 4th or 5th one I have ordered. Junk.

Perfect Purchase

I recently purchased a Liftmaster gate opener from All Security. Every aspect of the transaction was outstanding, including price and service. I inadvertently purchased two gate fasteners that I subsequently did not need. Despite the fact my return request was outside the 30 day return window, All Security accepted the items for full refund. No unnecessary effort required on my part. I could not be more pleased with the product.

Hopefully you get better service

I found your company on a goggle search.
Tried your web site to get some guidance. The BOT prompt showed 7 minute wait. No one picked up after 56 minutes. I tried adding some information but zero response.
Wrote an email that never received a response.
Called your company and wound up with 2 no pick ups on the menu. The 3rd call got a person who transferred me to a representative who was courteous and answered my questions quickly with a suggestion to buy a 380 UT or a 893 Max. Asked him if I could place an order immediately with him. He said no, and told me to use the web order system.
I placed an order on line.
Hopefully the product works.

Let's be real

Let's be real, one of the most important aspects of doing business - price. We were shopping around for an aftermarket part and Allsecurityequipment had what we were looking for and it cost us less than our main distributor! The reality is I don't want to give up price for service either. Well, Allsecurityequipment has shown me EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The communication is by far some of the best we have received. Now that they are on my radar...we will be buying from them again.
