Tent was advertised durable yet light weight only gripe was that I wish it came with a carrying case other than that it was great purchase

I recently purchased an event tent for my wedding fits about 50 to 90 people. Couldn’t be happier. Quality was great and the assembly process was straightforward. Customer service was 10 out of 10, they helped me through every step of the way. I’ll definitely be using these guys for my next event.

Very speedy shipping. I'm impressed with the quality. Good price. None of the parts are missing (there are a lot of parts). The pictures in the instructions are a little blurry which makes it a little difficult to understand. Other than that, they did a super job!

I still have not received the last remaking 6th package of order ID_05420000783.
Contacted several times. Package apparently had to be relabeled because it was not readable. That was a week ago!!! Still stuck in St.Paul with no update nor attempt to complete the delivery

ORIGINAL: Boxes came ripped open and missing pieces. I tried calling 5 times and emailing their customer service. They apologized and asked for pictures, but a week later and I still don't have any communication about replacing the missing pieces or when they will come. The tent itself is good, but the customer service is atrocious.

EDITED: I updated the rating for AllTents from 1 star to 3 stars. It took almost a month for them to remedy the problem, but they have apologized and shipped the missing pieces. The tent itself worked well even in the rain and wind and we got a lot of compliments on it, but if you are leaving it up you will need to buy better guy lines (or ratchet straps) and anchors.

Unit was missing several pieces(all of the base rails along the entire bottom perimeter were missing and two of the top pieces that make up the roof was the wrong size without the holes to accommodate the tension turnbuckle). I was very disappointed with the item, I couldn’t complete installation for my event. I had to rent a tent. I would truly appreciate a refund. From the internet you can see they have very good prices. The quality is also very durable. When my package arrived it was missing several pieces. A simple email was sufficient to get another package delivered with the missing pieces. All in all a good deal!

TENT TARPS AND CORNER PIECES ARRIVED WITH NO ISSUES. THE LONG PIPE BOX WAS DAMAGED AND RIPPED OPEN. WAS TAPED BACK TOGETHER BY FEDEX. SOME OF THE PIPES HAD DAMAGE TO THEM. DENTS AND BENT SLIGHTLY. NOT SURE HOW IT IS GOING TO GO TOGETHER. I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE BOXES ON THE TRUCK AND IN THE GARAGE.

Great service. We purchased a tent on Sunday for a party on Friday. I emailed customer service Sunday night to see if they could expidite processing and shipping so we would get it on time. They responded first thing in the morning assuring me it would be shipped that day. We received the tent in time and had not issues getting it up for the party.

We chose all tents because we didn't want to settle on a cheap tent with thin poles and plastic pars. We are impressed with quality of the tent. It is very sturdy and was easy to put up. We will be ordering a second for future events.

The packaging and/or shipping was awful. The tent is great. Hoping it survives the winter.

I ordered a tent from alltents and it turned out to be absolute junk. The support structure was made from extremely cheap aluminum and the entire tent collapse. The first time I set it up under normal weather conditions. I used it my son’s high school graduation celebration and it completely failed.

I tried to reach out to all tents immediately the next day the morning of June 7th I left voicemails explaining what happened and that I wanted to refund but I received no answer no reply and no one called me back for days. Every time I’ve tried to contact them via phone. I get the prompter saying press one for customer service, which leds absolutely nowhere.

When I finally got a response five days later, they told me I was outside the 30 day return window. This was not true because the tent was ordered on May 12 and I didn’t receive it until May 21 (their 30 day return policy states that you have 30 days from the date the equipment was delivered) they do not honor this policy. My first time using the tent was on June 6 well within 30 days it failed immediately on June 7.

To make matters worse I actually ordered the tent with extra reinforcement, which clearly made no difference. The material was flimsy and not fit for the purpose. This was a clearly defective product, not a cause of misuse.

Please avoid this company at all cost. The product was trash and their customer service is nonexistent. They dodge their responsibility when things go wrong and I’m going through my bank to dispute the charges to try to get my money back, but I want to warn others before they get scammed like I did.

Send the correct material the first. I just opened the replacement and it’s wrong.

Easy and simple , it was what I needed . Ordered it and it came very quick
