Carry bag ripped after first use
I have only had the opportunity to use the tent once since I received it. The tent itself seems great so far. But the carry bag has already ripped after the first timing using it. I am not sure how long it will hold up and the tent will be very difficult to transport without it.

Very poorly packaged
Very poorly packaged. Damage in shipment. Bolts strewn about and many of them missing. Instructions are difficult to read and follow. The tent itself might turn out to be ok. I have not erected it yet.

20x20' Frame Tent
Bought a 20x20' frame tent, carrying bags, and tie down kit, and the quality exceeded my expectations! Very happy with our purchase as we will be using this in our event rental business. Takes up very little space in our warehouse and was very easy to set up and take down with 2 people.

Great shopping experience
It was a great shopping experience. Item was shipped fast and arrived on good shape. The tent it self went together pretty good. For sure have to read the instructions and compare pictures and parts but it was a pretty good set up. It also came with extra hardware big plus as I dropped several washers and bolts..I with recommend this company all the way

Great product
The canopy is very sturdy as described by the vendor. I was able to assemble and disassemble by myself but is much easier and quicker with 2 people. The canopy is a little heavier than ones I have used in the past. The carrying bag will not hold the sides and top so you will need a separate bag for the sides. Overall I’m pleased with everything

Purchased the 20x26 pro series frame…
Purchased the 20x26 pro series frame tent. Best quality tents for the money. Customer service is top notch and i received shipment within a week of ordering. Setup is a breeze with 2 people as all parts are numbered. I was looking for a 20x30 tent and they were either lacking quality or they we're way over priced. Alltents had both quality and price for my needs.
