Avoid this shop!

I went to Alltvnet.net to retrieve my packages. After waiting around for 5 minutes, I was finally acknowledged after I entered the shop. I then confirmed that I had packages to collect and showed the shop attendant my reference number and name. He turned around and barely even looked for my packages in the stacks of unorganised boxes before shrugging his shoulders and continued playing with his TV.

What he should have said at this point is, "sorry, one moment please." But he didnt even have the courtesy to give me any information about what he was doing. I then waited another 5 minutes before I asked "can I have a look myself?" To which he said, "yes." I walked behind the counter and found my package buried underneath 4 other boxes and proceeded to look for the next one.

After looking around for roughly 7 more minutes without him checking to see if I was okay, I decided to find out whether my package was separately boxed as suggested by the company I purchased my items from. By opening my package I realised that it was separately packaged and that I unfortunately had to continue looking.

The man finally realising I needed help then told me that I wasn't supposed to open my own delivery and suddenly got angry towards me but he then insisted that I should leave the store and come back another day.

To my shock I repeatedly asked why but he refused to answer the question. I was fed up with his poor customer service so I was happy to leave as soon as I could. But before leaving I made sure that I at least left with one of my packages that I found, after all I'd walked 25 minutes in the rain to get there.

HERE'S THE WORST PART! He asked for ID, I showed my ID, he then proceeded to grab it out of my hand. The fact that he attempted to do this during a pandemic without wearing any gloves or a face mask blew my mind and typified his lack of care. I told him to not touch my ID. I held it closer so he could see my name and then he SNATCHED it out of my hand! And also before leaving he shoved my package towards me ordering me to "come back another day". EXTREMELY RUDE! And all of this could have been avoided if I was given the proper service and acknowledgment from the moment I walked in.

Avoid this shop if you can.
