I got cheated... ordered what was pictured and received something completely different and the package was all beat up. Messaged them... of course no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I have the same story... bought the deluxe on sale for 59.00, received a plastic, worthless piece of junk. I'm on my 2nd Claim with PayPal. Emailed the seller 3x to no avail, and their contact email for disputes at Allwayshop is now defunct. Total SHAM. Shame on them and shame on me for falling for this one!!

SCAM!!!!! I ORDERED THE VACCUM AND RECEIVED THIS PLASTIC TOYS THAT DOES NOT WORK. I PAID 39.99 FOR A SCAM AND I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROUGH AWAY. SO ANGRY. NO RESPONCE TO ANY OF MY EMAILS FOR REFUND!!! SCAM!!!!!!

I was cheated as many others. I've ordered robotic vacuum cleaner for 59 USD and received plastic toy.
After opening a dispute of Paypal they insist that I have to return the fake toy to be refunded. I called to Paypal hotline and telling them that the sellers address is apparentely a fake one but they didnt care and repeating that I have to return item and they will refund me even the shiping costs.
I choosed the cheapest way and sent the package using our local post. Shipping cost was 13 €. I send to paypal tracking number. Then I uploaded picture of the receipt for shipping cost and asked for refund.

EDIT: I've checked the package using tracking number and it is still not delivered so the transaction was refunded even without item being delivered back to the seller.

So all this story ends with "happy end". It took me lot of time but no money in the end.
So don't give up and do not let them to cheat more people!

Before making my purchase, the one site I looked at for reviews had lots of positive ones... turns out its a Shopify app that can apparently be manipulatede because I have not found one legitimate positive review for this company.
You buy the vacuum, and you get a toy. There were not even vacuum components in mine! But in order to get a refund the seller says the item has to be returned to them WITH tracking information. Without tracking it costs about half the price of the product to ship, but tracking to China almost doubles that. And with a scam artist company like this who knows but they will find a way to say they never received it.
I would like to know what people did who received a refund from PayPal because I was told I will not receive one until the company says they have received the returned item.
It's like PayPal is facilitating fraud! They have known about this scam for years, but they continue to let Allwayshop use them to do business - it's seems they would rather make a little more money than take care of us consumers.

UPDATE: I saw someone on YouTube who got his money refunded by calling PayPal and speaking with a person. I did the same and when I told him what I received and how much it cost to send it back he refunded my money with no further action required. CALL PAYPAL and talk to a HUMAN!

Just as everyone else, I received a cheap toy from them. But I complained to Paypal and they refund my money. Do not buy from this shop.

Cheap piece of plastic. Can't contact them! Doesn't return email.

It wouldnt move. I got annoyed and started pushing it along the floor and it didn't even get any dirt, it just made a vacuum noise. It arrived late as well.

Total SCAM - bought the robot cleaner but received a useless battery operated cheap toy. Wrote few times to them but received zero reply. ALL BEWARE and can Trustpilot do something about it?

Nothing but a complete scam. The vacuum is nothing but junk and the company seems to have disappeared. So beware!

I ordered the Perfect-Life Smart Vacuum Robot, received a fake product, a total scam. I wrote to them several times about returning the vacuum & request a refund, but no reply from them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR TOTAL SCAMMER!

Fake items avoid ! Don't waste your time you will not get what was advertised.

Was convinced by a facebook add, it had nice comments so I thought is was trustworthy. Payment with Paypal. I have requested a refund because the product sent was garbage.

I ordered a Perfect Life Smart Vacuum Robot -V5S PRO remote control for $59. The picture was a nice looking machine with a sort of rose gold looking top and video showed doing its thing. Instead of this I received a little piece of junk from China that doesnt do anything and not capable to do anything. I messaged them without a response. What a scam!!! I tried to make a complaint with Pay Pal but they kept coming back with so many more things to do being an aged person doing this on my phone. I finally just had to give up.

Bad product, I paid 67$ for nothing , they don’t deserve a one star rating there should be zero stars rating.

It’s a scam.

I am so angry because I didn't go to Trustpilot before I placed my order.
I got the same plastic piece of crap like everyone else.
Luckily I "only" paid $39.90 for this mistake...
