Advertised to be delivered before Mothers Day. Came four days after Mothers Day. I paid $30.00 each for nice 3D picture on cheap cardboard ! I was very surprised at the very poor quality that resembles a child’s school project.

Very disappointed with my experience ordering from Almagems. I ordered a personalized mug as a gift, waited over 10 days for delivery, and when it finally arrived, the personalization was completely wrong. The name printed on the mug was not even close to what I submitted in my order.

On top of that, the quality of the mug was far below what was advertised on their website. The images online appeared sharp, vibrant, and professionally done, while the actual product looked blurry and cheaply made. For the price paid, I expected much better quality control and customer service.

Although the company offered to send a replacement, they refused to issue a refund despite the clear error and disappointing product quality. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately I would not order from this company again.

I ordered a music box for my granddaughter. For graduation and I'm kinda disappointed, it's very tiny and for what I paid for it. It's not really worth it

Company sent exactly what I ordered. My daughter-in-law is placing a succulent in it, will look adorable.

The little ring plate was beautiful. I got it for my daughter-in-law and she loved it. She received it on Mother’s Day which was a bonus.

I ordered three hairstyling mugs 11oz and yes, I am very disappointed. The mugs are not only smaller, but the print on the them are inconsistent to what appears on advertising. It looks like the imprinted with paper and cups actally displsys the cut off ( where the print spots) very poor quality. Not to mention i still haven't gotten my own mugs. ONLY two was sent. The only thing factual is the personalized names on mugs

Do Not Buy! Worse customer service… I take that back… No Customer Service. Package was supposed to be delivered to Edmonton before May 7. No Tracking Information. No response to many queries. Went through Shop as I mistakenly thought it would be the safer route. They have washed their hands of it.

I ordered and paid then my ordered disappeared and I can't find the order anywhere. $41.90 and that was just wasted for sure. I would never order from this company. I wanted to update my order and that is when it all disappeared then I tried to email them to cancel and received nothing. I can't even find the confirmation of my order or anuthing

Ordered April 25th for my daughters first Mothers Day. Haven’t heard a word about when it will be delivered and it’s now the Friday before Mothers Day. Emails get me nowhere. Charged an international fee but website says located in Boulder Colorado. Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day. No response when asked for refund. -0 stars would be appropriate

I ordered a custom flowerpot for my hair stylist. The print is so tiny and blurry and is barely legible. The quality is so poor that I can't even give it as a gift. I asked to return it for a refund. They will not let me return it. They sentvme a FAKE picture of it which looks perfect. HOWEVER, it is not the quality I received. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered two items for Mother's Day said they both were delivered!!! I only received one item!! I've sent numerous emails to refund my account and no response!! Will never order from this company again😠

I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter in law and was advised it would take 5 business days, that was 2 weeks ago. When I tried to track the package I learned it was still in China with no expected delivery date. When contacted Alamgems offered no resolution. So unless you have weeks before you need the item don’t order from them.

I ordered a mug for my hairstylist. I got it yesterday, and it was very nice. They kept me updated on when it would be here. I have ordered from them before and would highly recommend them.

Looks like it is in Australia till after you pay then it comes up with USD SO THEN IT COSTS YOU MORE THEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY I TRYED TO C CANCEL BUT CAN’T ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AS I DON’T WANT TO PAY THAT MUCH NO REPLY SO I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I’LL BE DOING NOTHING BUT PUTTING BAD REPORTS UP FROM NOW ON AND ANYONE ELSE IT HAS THE SAME TROUBLE SHOULD DO THE SAME. I wish I could give them negative starts. I ordered a key holder for my anniversary the picture they showed had a nice train on it. And it looked like it had a nice shelf with four key rings. And spend almost $55 on it. When I received it in the mail, late. It was a cheap piece of plywood with a sticker on it. And then I on top of that, I have to put the hooks on myself. The quality was garbage and took them 3 weeks to send it from quote mainland china. I'm requested a refund and we'll see how that goes. 0/5 stars...

Your Company is amazing. I took a chance and you did not disappoint me. So happy you customized my order to my needs. My granddaughter loved the lighted compact mirror. This will be a keepsake she will keep after I am gone. I can’t thank you enough for responding to my needs so quickly.

I ordered a cup and I was very disappointed. The quality was like a dollar store cup and it had the image printed on it. Please make sure you know what you are ordering because they would not refund my money. Beware!!!!

My coffee mug was soooooo CUTE!!! It was a gift for my niece that is in beauty school, she absolutely loved it, great quality, I'd highly recommend!!

I ordered two items from this company, and was very pleased with the Items I received. They were delivered very quickly And packed Very well. I will definitely shop with this company again!
