Placed an order in plenty of time to receive for my granddaughter before Christmas based on the production time and shipping days they posted. It was getting close to Christmas and I could see the shipping label they created had no movement. I wrote to them and told them I was concerned the item was going to be late. They kept assuring me it was not, this was typical and it would be here on time. After a few days at my urging, they realized the product was not moving. I told them I did not want it and could not use it after Christmas, and I was even more upset that they didn't believe me when I first called. Still they said my product was in the area and to be patient. Of course it wasn't and again, I asked for a refund. Long story short, the item arrived 4 days after Christmas from another source and not with the shipping label I had been tracking. My granddaughter was no longer here. I had replaced the gift with something else. I'm getting no response from customer service. Just an email from the person tracking the package saying I should open the package and look at the great quality and I would be happy. So, I guess they expect me to be thrilled and spend another $10 to ship the gift to my granddaughter. I have contacted customer service twice with no response.

Even though they made a mistake in my order they made sure to make it right, and i love the cup I got for my Doctor and I'm sure he will love it to.

I am so very disappointed with this company and have to say I had no idea it was coming directly from China as that wasn’t made clear to me when I purchased it.

My item has been in transit for 19 days, 19 days not counting the time it took to make it. I have ordered personalized gift many times and they actually were done and shipped in less than a week.

I was so excited to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas I had no idea it was going to take this long. Christmas came and went and I still do not have the gift.

I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company unless you order it a couple months in advance and that may not even be long enough.

I will update you when and if I receive it as to what the quality of it is. So very upset.

My experience with customer service was great. They responded quickly and were very understanding. My concerns are that it took so long to arrive. I received it on 12/28/25 and ordered it on 12/4/25. I assumed that it would arrive before Christmas. Finally when it did arrive it is adorable.

I viewed the ALMAGEMS product that I wanted on Instagram from my phone. The product I ordered was a custom printed Firefighter's Locker. In the photos online (both from my phone and from my home computer), the ornament looks 3-D. On Nov 23rd I ordered the ornament as an early Christmas gift for my firefighter son so he could put it on his tree. By Dec 25th I still had no ornament and had corresponded with the company about the lateness on Dec 16th. I wrote about how messed up the tracking was. The shipment kept going back and forth between facilities just an hour from where I reside. Originally, the start of the ornament's journey was in Wuhan, China. But after about a week, that location was deleted and changed to a different location. I received a quick response regarding the tracking but was given the runaround. Tracking stated it was out for delivery on different days, then said it had been delivered already but I didn't have the ornament. I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud claim as I had several WARNINGS pop up on the page and even had FB contact me asking me about my experience and the possibility of fraudulent activity. The bank resolved my dispute and of course, lo and behold, I found the item on my back door this evening. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I paid a total of $23.90 for a very THIN, 2mm one dimensional piece of balsa type wood that weighs .35th of an ounce. The printing is good, but I am so disappointed. It doesn't even come with a string to hang it on. I would estimate the ornament is worth about $2.00 at the most. Without a doubt this company ripped me off and I will NEVER do business with them again! Buyers BEWARE!!!!

Will never order from this company again. Placed my order on December 7, and as of December 29, I still haven’t received the items . To make matters worse, the items ship directly from China, which was not made clear at checkout.

It was beyond disappointing not to get the ornament in time for Christmas, even WORST is getting the cheaply made over priced piece for cardboard. Do not purchase these items, you can get better quality at dollarama. Print a colored photo glue it to cardboard and that’s what you get.

3 weeks since I ordered the product and it still has not been delivered. I kept getting emails in the middle of the night from an employee named Anne asking for confirmation of my shipping address. Finally received email confirming that the product had been shipped and was on the way, but 8 days later and still no delivery.

I ordered my wife a Christmas present. It arrived, and she was pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience with Almaden’s. Customer service is amazing. My grandson really loved his watch that he can take with him through out his life.

I had searched high and low for a special Christmas ornament for my daughter and soon to be son-in-law’s engagement that depicted a bi-racial couple. Sadly there wasn’t anything available that I could find. Almagems had an ornament that I loved but was all white. I reached out to them and asked if they would customize one for me. They were quick to respond to my request to know in great detail what I wanted and their production team said they could do it for me. When they emailed me a pic of the prototype, I was over the moon! I love to buy my children special ornaments to commemorate special occasions in their lives. Almagems will now be my first place to shop. Their customer service is top notch.

No support from them tracking my lost order, I understand that they sent tracking number etc but when I try to explain that the package hasn’t moved in 2weeks ( at this time) they say that it shows in transit.?

I was very excited to receive my engraved pocket watch for my brother but alas I couldn't figure out how to set the hands. On Christmas eve I emailed this company and they replied! They sent me a video of what to do and if that didn't work to get back with them so they could help me with my problem. You don't get much service like that these days! I would gladly recommend them and will continue to do business with them.

22 days and still no package. This was a Christmas gift and still just get excuses. And this was 2 weeks after it was ordered. Their site says a US address when actually comes from China. I would not have ordered if I had known. I do not recommend this company at all.

Photos of mugs are very misleading. They look textured or at the very least HD printing on the mug. The down grade is for misleading photos of the mugs on the website.

Very easy to order, quality was awesome, delivery was alittle slower than had hoped. Had a small problem with tracking my shipment. I emailed the company the response was quick. Resolved my granddaughters loved their candles thank you so much.

my sister is a joker and I knew she'd love the coffee mug I got her! Good quality and sturdy!

On December 5th 2025, I placed an order for 2 blankets I saw advertised on Instagram. Not knowing the company is in Hong Kong, I placed the order. The blankets are for my two daughters in laws expecting babies in early 2026 and were gifts. As of now I have nothing and I’m disappointed. There’s no phone number to contact them, only thru emails, at this time I’ll stop payment and get my $200.00 back to my card!!!!!

Company's information about how long it takes to process and ship is not accurate and is very misleading.

Placed 3 orders on the 12th of December. Website says 5 to 7 days to process and complete order before shipping. 11 days later i get a notice saying items have "shipped" which is simply a tracking number has been created.
Also, items are shipping from China... nowhere on its website does it indicate that items are shipping internationally.
Can't say anything about the quality of the the items bought because 2 weeks later, still haven't received anything.
