I've just completed the Sylvotherapy course today. Actually, my background is in forestry, so throughout my career I have been aware of the mental and physical health benefits of forests on a theoretical level. However, I must admit that I have somehow overlooked its practical use so far. When I came across AlmaOasis' online Sylvatherapy course, I did not hesitate to enroll because it was a golden opportunity to enrich my professional profile with a subject that also speaks to my soul. The content, in which I've found the answers to all the questions in my mind was completely satisfactory. The process was so smooth and has been completed within a few weeks. Now it's time to go out and apply what I've learned. Thank you Alma Oasis for opening a new horizon in my life!

Excellent starter course for sylvotherapy practitioners.

If I am honest, I didn’t believe that I was going to get much bang for my buck when I purchased the course for Sylvotherapy because the price point was so low.

As it turns out I got way more than I expected and the learning experience was excellent.

I am so happy that I also have lifetime access to the content so I can continue to reflect and refer back to the information as I need it whilst I gain more experience and knowledge as a practitioner.

I am definitely looking forward to signing up for other courses.

I really enjoyed all of the information given to me in the Sylvotherapy Practitioner course and learned a lot about trees and plants and the history and process of a proper forest bath. Already being a business owner, some of the information regarding starting my career as a Sylvotherapist seemed irrelevant, but it was otherwise a wonderful way to learn about the forest and all of its benefits. Excited to try my next course!

I thoroughly enjoyed this program. I really liked the reference to the Indigenous connection to the land and their survival skills. It truly put in to perspective how we have looked at preservation backwards almost. I look forward to taking another course from Almaosis.

I recently completed the Forest Therapy course and found it to be a valuable starting point for diving deeper into the subject. I really enjoyed it and felt it offered a solid introduction to the core concepts of forest therapy highlighting the many benefits of reconnecting with nature.
However, I believe it was essential that the course included information (title, journal name, links, etc) on the studies mentioned. Also, a suggested reading list would be a great addition.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it to anyone interested in learning about forest therapy.

I was so pleased with the courses! I’ve just completed the Wilderness Survival Instructor course. Honestly, I live deep in the forest off grid and as an Indigenous person, I like to think I have a good grasp of wilderness knowledge, but this course reminded me, we never stop learning and there is always something new to be taught. This course really does prepare you for survival in many different climates. As well as how to be prepared for challenges you may encounter and what to do in case of emergency. A perfect compliment to the Sylvotherapy Practitioner course!. I look forward to enjoying more. Thank you Alma Oasis!

Just finished Forest Therapy Practitioner and I didn’t realize the in depth benefits of certain trees and plants within the forest. As someone that forages and lives offgrid this was still an eye opener to my many ways the forest can be utilized for maximum health benefits. Thanks for the structured learn at your own pace courses. This isn’t the first course I’ve enrolled in here and it won’t be the last, I love learning and you’ve made it that much easier :)

The course materials were easy to understand, and when I needed support, there was always someone available via email. I particularly appreciated the audio content and the option to download the material. The course also provided extensive knowledge about different tree species from around the world and their associated health benefits.
