Breach of guidelines
Third return refused!
Yet again, for the THIRD time, a flawed item has been refused as a return.
First time I was asked to send back to Romania, second time Slovenia, third time Portugal! All at my own cost!
This has been ongoing since SEPTEMBER!
Hopefully PayPal dispute is resolved asap as I have never experienced anything like this fraudulent shambles of a “company”!

The dress I received was a different shade of brown from the pictures and the quality was very bad, like something you would get from SHEIN. I want to return it but they only offer a store credit since the dress was on sale -but I don’t want any other clothes from that site.
So my advice is to not buy from this site. There are similar dresses all over the web and plenty of stores that offer a normal refund.

My order never arrived. And it’been almost 3 month now. They said the address wasn’t correct. I double checked, it was correct. They told me to contact the carrier. They never picked up the phone and has no voicemail system. After this the customer service said it can take MONTHS that my package arrives back overseas and then maybe I ll get a refund. Fake company copying Babyboo
Dear people of the internet: please read this before spending your money.
This website, Almond Muse, shows all the classic signs of a copycat / scam-style fashion store, and is most likely based in China, selling cheap copies that could be from Shein or Temu. Here’s why you should be extremely cautious:
1. Stolen designs and images
Their dresses and product photos are direct copies from Babyboo, an established fashion brand. The designs, cuts, poses, and even styling are identical. These are not “similar” items, the images appear to be reused or replicated from Babyboo’s collections. They have used AI to create new pictures with these designs from Babyboo. They use big discounts on everything and ”offers” like on Temu.
2. Misleading company addresses
The company lists multiple international addresses to appear professional and global. However, when you look these up on Google Maps, they belong to unrelated businesses or random locations, not Almond Muse. This is a common tactic used to create false legitimacy.
3. Highly suspicious reviews
Many of the positive reviews appear inauthentic: generic wording, repetitive phrasing, no real photos, and reviewer profiles with little to no history. This strongly suggests reviews may be self-written or fabricated. Their replies are just autoresponses.
4. No transparency or accountability
There is no clear information about who actually owns or operates this company, where products are shipped from, or how customers are protected if something goes wrong.
Bottom line:
If you want the real product, buy from Babyboo. If you order from Almond Muse, be prepared for disappointment, or worse, never receiving what you paid for.
