Alpha Futures closed the Premium Plan and changed my pending/approved payout requests to “Voided”.

My total voided payout amount was US$8,254, which equals US$7,428.60 after the 90% split.

These were trading payouts I expected to receive, not just account fees. After the announcement, the payouts were voided and my support conversation was ended.

Refunding only the account fee does not make up for cancelling earned payouts.

In my experience, this feels like a scam. I have screenshots of my payout history, the voided payouts, and the Premium Plan closure announcement.

As stated by many others, Alpha Futures has decided to terminate its Premium Plan program out of nowhere, despite making changes to the program less than a week ago.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I currently still have two active challenges and two funded accounts under this program.

I expect either a full refund otherwise, I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my credit card provider.

Alpha futures decided to rug pull everyone who had premium accounts and not pay anyone out because they decided to, what an unprofessional scheming behavior never buy a prop firm here again trust me they do not care about you and aren’t fair with anything as son as they’re losing they will take your money and close everything support won’t help you either terrible experience never buying any account from here again.

SCAM ALERT 🚨

I submitted my payout request before any announcement about the Premium accounts. Instead of honoring the payout under the rules that were in place when I requested it, my payout was marked as "Voided" and my account disappeared.

If the company wasn’t Scam they could just transition customers to a different account type, it could have simply converted Premium accounts to another available plan and processed all pending payouts that had already been requested before the announcement . That would have been the fair and professional approach.

Instead, pending payouts were voided, leaving customers without the funds they believed they had earned under the existing rules. This has completely destroyed my trust in the company. Not only me by the entire trading community in Dubai.

From my perspective, this handling of customers is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to proceed with extreme caution until they see how existing customers with pending payouts are treated.

I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its decision, honors all payout requests that were submitted before the policy change, and restores confidence by treating its customers fairly.

On May 7, Alpha Futures introduced the Premium Plan as its newest and supposedly strongest offering.
On July 12—only 66 days later—the company announced that every active Premium account would be closed and refunded.
I did not lose my accounts by breaching the drawdown.
I did not violate a trading rule.
I did not fail because of poor performance.
I had one Premium Qualified account already in profit by approximately $400, and I was potentially only one additional qualifying winning day away from reaching payout eligibility. I also had three active Premium evaluation accounts, each already more than 30% of the way toward its profit target.
That progress represented more than 30 days of disciplined, rule-compliant trading.
Alpha’s proposed remedy is to refund the account fees and erase everything else.
That is not restoration.
A refund returns the purchase price. It does not restore:
The Qualified status I earned
The profit already generated
The progress accumulated across three evaluations
The opportunity cost of choosing Alpha Futures instead of another firm
More than one month of disciplined execution and risk management
The most troubling part is that Alpha’s own public update states that existing Zero, Advanced and Direct accounts affected by the NinjaTrader and Tradovate separation are being migrated to AlphaTrader.
Premium traders are being treated differently.
Our accounts are being closed instead of converted.
This means account migration is available for other plans, yet Premium customers have not been offered an equivalent conversion preserving their status, profits or evaluation progress.
I contacted support and asked a reasonable and direct question:
Why not convert the affected Premium accounts into Zero, Advanced or another equivalent account type while preserving the progress already earned?
Support did not provide a substantive explanation. I received a generic statement that the accounts would be refunded and closed, followed by an apology, and then the conversation was ended.
The platform separation does not adequately explain why other account types can be migrated while Premium accounts must have their entire history erased.
This issue is bigger than my four accounts.
A prop firm’s real product is trust. Traders pay fees, accept strict drawdown rules and invest weeks or months of execution because they believe that legitimate performance achieved under the published rules will be honored.
When a trader fails, the trader must accept the consequence.
When the company’s product fails, the company should not be allowed to erase the trader’s successful performance and pretend that returning the original fee makes everyone whole.
If a firm can delete profitable, rule-compliant accounts because it no longer wishes to continue a plan, then every trader must question what a funded status, an account balance or weeks of successful trading are actually worth.
The fair resolution is straightforward:
Convert Premium Qualified accounts to an equivalent active plan while preserving their status and existing profits.
Convert active Premium evaluations while preserving the progress already earned.
Honor payout requests that were already approved before the closure.
Explain transparently why Premium customers are being denied the migration offered to traders on other plans.
I am not asking Alpha Futures to give me anything I did not earn.
I am asking Alpha Futures not to erase what I earned under the rules it created.
Until the company provides a solution that protects legitimate trader progress—not merely a refund of the original fees—I cannot recommend trusting Alpha Futures with your time, performance or trading career.
A refund returns the fee. It does not return the month of disciplined work that Alpha Futures chose to erase.

What do you mean Alpha closed ALL premium accounts with no prior warning just to force you onto their own platform, which sucks?!? Are you being serious???

Never again. It was good while it lasted, but Alpha is dead for me.

Horrible prop firm I had a payout pending on my accounts and they just cancelled all the premium accounts without issuing my payout horrible firm don’t recommend at all also their support team is horrible I tried asking for my payout and they just needed conversation do not recommend

Worst prop firm ever, if there were a rating lower than 1 star they’d deserve it. I had a premium account up $2.5k in profits, and they just took it away, deleted my account, and offered no compensation or transfer to another plan. They basically steal everyone’s payouts and accounts.
and they even got delisted from propfirmmatch so here is a clear explanation to the situation

Scam company, do not honor payouts, unexpected fees and rules. Make sure to delete your credit card information because they will reuse it and charge you at will. Avoid Alpha Futures at all costs.

A company that doesn't know how to pay its stable and profitable traders what they deserve!! Don't approach them from personal and long-term experience!

They should be brought up on criminal fraud charges for fraud. 2nd payout approved then they just nuked everyone's account and stole there money. Need to be shut down as a company and thrown in jail.

Rug pull

Alpha futures just stopped their premium plan, I personally had 5 accounts qualified with one pending payout. They will not move my accounts to another plan but simple remove my accounts, remove my pending payout & refund me for the challenges. Around $300 which is nothing compared to my payout pending. I will not be compensated to my efforts to pass these challenges.

This is simple a rug pull, likely too many payouts pending, so they took the easy route of rugging everyone & it’s a disgrace to the prop firm space.

Got absolutely scammed, my already approved payout voided. Existing premium account vanished.

They realized that people getting payouts and they actually loosing money so they end up closing accounts ALL premium accounts and cancel all payouts even approved payouts just like that never spend a penny on this firm biggest rug pull

What Alpha Futures has done is completely unacceptable. A withdrawal request was submitted and approved, yet the company later decided not to honor the payment, simply claiming that it had encountered difficulties with the Premium Plan.

Alpha Futures discontinued the Premium Plan because it was reportedly operating at a loss and also lost its partnership with NinjaTrader/Tradovate. However, these internal business issues should not be used as justification for refusing to pay withdrawals that had already been approved.

If your withdrawal has been pending since July 2nd and comes from a Premium account, Alpha Futures has stated that it will not pay the withdrawal. Instead, the company intends to close the account and automatically refund only the amount originally paid for the account.

Meanwhile, the Zero, Advanced, and Direct plans will continue operating, with a migration to another platform.

The main issue here is simple: was your account under the Premium Plan? If so, according to Alpha Futures' announcement, your already-approved pending withdrawal will be canceled and replaced with a refund of the account purchase price.

Approving a withdrawal and then refusing to pay it because the company later decided that the plan was financially unsustainable is extremely concerning and unfair to traders who followed the rules and legitimately earned their payouts.

Refused to honor payout because they mistakenly started the Premium Plan and now don’t have the ability to fund anyone on it because they’re taking a loss.

It’s not right what you recently did to the trader.
