They approved and then voided a $3K payout later because of their failure to properly manage risk as a firm. What a scam. Really an embarrassment to the whole PropFirm Industry.

Alpha was good, until they weren't.

After weeks of delayed payouts and lieing to customers that everyones money was safe and guaranteed, they announce everyone is getting their account closed and no payouts are going out, even if already approved.

They said the accounts were not profitable for them but they continued to sell at a discount up until this date knowing they were not going to be able to pay.

This is fraud. They have no credibility.

Do not support Alpha, send a clear message that this is unacceptable or we risk it be coming common practice in the industry.

Don’t buy accounts from them, plenty of other prop firms out there will provide a better service, anybody with a complaint or bad review gets instantly silenced instead of dealt with terrible.

On 12th July 2026 AlphaFutures rug pulled all their premium users. It seems like they have been planning this for months, running huge sales right up leading to the sudden exit and trap. They forfeited all legitimate profits and denied payouts which were pending for weeks, and they have kept all the fees from failed accounts, and only to refund to current active accounts. This looks like a deliberate setup and exit. Never use AlphaScammer again,

they shut down my premium accounts and are not paying my payouts which was already approved ($10,000), absoloutley terrible, would not recommend.

Fraudsters not paying withdrawals that are more than two weeks old have stung people with withdrawals of more than $30,000.

I passed the challenge after a couple of attempts and went on to have five Premium accounts, all in profit. I followed the rules, paid the required fees and traded in good faith, expecting that any valid profits would be paid according to the terms offered when I signed up.

Then, just before I was able to receive a payout, Alpha announced that all Premium accounts would be closed and refunded because of its dispute with NinjaTrader and because the Premium plan had become unprofitable. More concerningly, they stated that pending and unpaid payouts would also be cancelled.

I understand that business arrangements and platforms can change, but traders should not be made to absorb the consequences of a plan that the company admits it mispriced. Refunding account fees is not the same as honouring profits legitimately earned while the accounts were active.

After passing the challenge and having five profitable accounts, being told that the accounts and unpaid profits would simply be cancelled is extremely disappointing and has seriously damaged my trust in the company.

Alpha Futures are not to be trusted. They have pulled the rug on Premium Plan accounts. I had $17,000 in that account and they are closing it. They are also not paying out pending payouts. They owe me $7500. They are clearly over stretched financially and should not be trusted. Just do some research online. They have announced this on X and not even told me what is going on. I have heard through the grapevine and had to search for the announcement. Totally underhand not paying traders who have made a profit and requested payouts. All they had to do was flip my account to live and they would make 10-20% on everything I make!!!

This is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, a major red flag.

I’ve seen this exact pattern before with prop firms that eventually collapsed. It always starts the same way: accounts are suddenly shut down without clear justification, vague excuses are given, and all pending payout requests are canceled.

After that, the company either disappears or stops responding—leaving traders with nothing. All the hard work, time, and profits simply vanish.

From my perspective, this behavior feels deceptive and completely untrustworthy. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before engaging with this company or risking their money with them.

There are serious concerns here, and based on my experience, this is not a company I would trust.

I would not recommend Alpha Futures.

I cancelled my subscription because I had completely lost confidence in the platform due to repeated technical issues, unreliable servers, and poor customer support. Trading requires a stable platform, but that was not my experience. The servers were unreliable, and I experienced technical problems that affected my ability to use the service properly.

After cancelling, my subscription was marked as Inactive, yet Alpha Futures still charged my card. I contacted support immediately, expecting them to correct the mistake and issue a refund. Instead, they refused, citing their no-refund policy, despite the charge occurring after I had cancelled.

To make matters worse, I later received an "Access Denied" error and was unable to access my account. This left me unable to verify or manage my subscription.

Because Alpha Futures refused to resolve the issue, I have had to dispute the transaction through my credit card provider.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the unreliable platform, poor server stability, being charged after cancellation, and unhelpful customer support, I cannot recommend Alpha Futures. If you choose to use this company, keep records of every payment, cancellation, and conversation with support.

**Approved payouts not paid despite previous written confirmation**

My experience with Alpha Futures has been extremely disappointing.

I had payouts that were already marked as **“Approved for Pay”**, and in previous messages, their support team explicitly confirmed that my approved payouts would be paid.

Now, they have suddenly informed me that these approved payouts will **not be processed** due to changes to the Premium Plan.

So the situation is simple: I traded under specific rules, met the requirements, had my payouts approved, and received written confirmation that they would be paid. Now the company is refusing to honor those approved payouts.

I consider this completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. You cannot approve payouts, confirm in writing that they will be paid, and then simply change your position afterward and refuse payment.

I am demanding payment of all funds that were already approved. If the company refuses to honor its previous written commitments, I intend to pursue all available legal options and connect with other affected traders to explore collective legal action.

I will also be sharing my experience with my community so that other traders can make an informed decision before trusting this company with their time and money.

I will update this review if Alpha Futures resolves the situation and pays the approved payouts as previously confirmed.

Absolutely unacceptable handling of this situation. I've been waiting over a week for a $6k payout (already the slowest turnaround in the industry) and now you're closing out the Premium Plan entirely. You can throw all the influencer marketing and "industry-leading" claims you want, but none of that means anything when payouts don't show up and major changes get sprung on customers with zero warning. Yes, you've paid me before, but that doesn't excuse this. Trust isn't built on payout history alone — it's built on how you handle it when things go wrong, and right now that trust is gone.

They are killing the Premium accounts despite having a pending payout. They are NOT going to pay anybody on Premium account. Get away from there, they are dead

Requested a payout last Thursday and it was approved and over the weekend everyone from support kept on saying the same message that payouts are being processed and “everyone is working tirelessly” all to just say they not paying even after payout has been approved.The whole weekend it was just lies to just keep delaying and people started to catch onto it and had a feeling this was coming,trusted this firm but after my first ever payout denial it started to fade and now another one 😂

Honestly still processing this one. I had a payout of over $6,000 sitting APPROVED in my account. Not pending, not "under review" — approved. They just... didn't pay it. For over two weeks I kept checking, no updates, no real answers.

Then out of nowhere comes the announcement: they're shutting down the Premium Plan, blaming losses, and "refunding" everyone's accounts. Cool, except my refund was $100. A hundred dollars. For a $6,000+ payout that was already approved and sitting there waiting to be paid.

And this isn't even the first red flag with them; mid-evaluation, they quietly dropped the payout cap from $3,000 to $2,000, retroactively, on challenges that were already running under the original terms. So this isn't a one-off "oops, we made a business decision" situation. It's a pattern of moving the goalposts whenever it's convenient for them, and now doing it with actual approved money owed to traders.

I've got screenshots of the approved payout, the retroactive rule change, and the $100 "refund" if anyone wants proof.

Just be careful. Do the math on what happens if you actually win.

Active accounts all of a sudden got removed from the platforms. Profits traders made in these accounts are gone. Modern age rug pull.
