I ordered this so called red flannel shirt. Material is not flannel or is it red. The stitching is on the outside of the shirt instead of the inside. They will not return my shirt they said they would give me $5 back. My bill said $37.14 charged my card $44. This company is fraudulent. Do not order from here.

Horrible quality! I’ll never order from there again. Thought I was getting a flannel shirt and I got a cheap shirt with strings hanging everywhere.

I ordered an oversized, "soft as your grandfather's flannel" flannel shirt and it is NOTHING like advertised.
Not oversized. Not soft. Not even flannel - stiff cotton twill.
And they offered me $3 when I asked how to return it.

Received a cozy sweater after two weeks. Impressive quality for the price, just wish delivery was a tad faster. Maybe adding tracking updates could enhance the shipping experience. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

A complete scam on instagram. I purchased a flannel shirt and paid for it and received a text that was a bogus number. I did not get a confirmation email. No contact. They charged me $45 for nothing! Don’t order from this company-noncompany

I received my order from them and I was very disappointed because it was advertised as a "Flannel" but the fabric I received was not close to flannel and I hated it. I emailed and asked for a return because they didn't have a return address listed on the website for refunds. When I emailed them to get the address, they offered a $3 compensation on a $40 order and didn't give me the shipping address. When I wouldn't accept that, they offered a $5 compensation and sent this last message.
"Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you. In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.
Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 5 US dollars?"
I would consider this a scam bcasue they aren't willing to do returns although the website says you have 30 days. I was well within the 30-day window.

Do not I mean do not order from this company!! I purchased what was supposed to be a soft button down shirt. Material is starchy and hard as rock. Not what was described. I washed it and lightly dried it and all the thread came out, hanging from all parts of the shirt. It was all over in my dryer. The company offered a refund of only 3.00 because it came from out of country and it took over 30 days they won’t give me full refund. What a scam! I am reaching out to bank to reverse charges. Do not order anything from this company!

Ordered an “oversized flannel” it’s regular sized and not even flannel! It’s the cheapest material from a third world country that was sewn together by blind people! Literally threads hanging out EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Complete FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! What a waste of $40
