Beginning the Junior Trading Program
Overall, my experience at Alphachain has been very positive. Everyone I have met during my five weeks have been extremely helpful, eager to engage and exciting to be around. This is where the true value of the program lies. Although I'm sure it's possible to find a some of the content elsewhere on the internet, being able to talk through your trading strategy or one of Alphachain’s with one of the many experience mentors whenever you want, has greatly accelerated my trading skills and my profitability. I would recommend Alphachain to anyone who has serious ambitions of becoming a successful trader no matter the level of prior experience or lack of, as was in my case.

** As an update AlphaChain has been reported to Trustpilot compliance for trying to force a good review **
Initially I thought this company was good, however it was clear after a while that in my opinion it is not.
Adverting pitch talks about proprietary trading methods, which, after trading with this firm with a funded account for over a month I was not taught any proprietary trading methods.
The fee, I understand, is for mentorship, however I did not gain any industry insights into trading that I could not find in any good trading book.
Also in your investigation as to what prop fund you would like to work with it is in my opinion a good idea to see on LinkedIn if any of the staff actually have any institutional trading experience which may provide an indication as to the quality of service training.
Overall – do your own research and investigate this prop fund against others.

Only one week ago on the 14th August you had submitted to us an optional video testimonial which spoke highly of the training ‘filling in the gaps of your knowledge’ and was very positive regarding the training and mentoring which you had been given. This testimonial was provided to us three months into you joining us, so you had a significant amount of time to understand the level of the training and mentoring provided here. Therefore I am sure you will understand our surprise that one week later after submitting this testimonial you have left this review mentioning that we were quite ‘misleading’.
If you had raised any of the points you allude to in the Trustpilot review during the three months you were with us, I can assure you we would have done our best to fix any issues that arose. After discussing a strategy that you wanted to follow, we had specifically built and refined a special training programme around those needs during the training with you. As one of our strengths, ongoing support and guidance was delivered in accordance with the strategy that you wanted to follow. However, we would have been more than happy to discuss and develop other strategies but you specifically required that we develop your own.
With regards to our trading floor this has always been in Redhill Surrey, this is in all of our materials, however, you joined us as full time Remote Trader as one of the training options. Therefore, you never visited our trading floor at all however if you would like to come and visit us, we would welcome you.
We received an email from you yesterday saying you are leaving to trade for another firm and then left negative feedback on Trustpilot immediately after, both on the same day as another trader. This was saddening for us to hear that you are leaving but we understand many people take what they have learned here to gain further trading opportunities in the space. Unfortunately, we have concerns around your motive for posting this comment and we believe it is important for the public and for Trustpilot as a platform that accurate, non-fabricated information and feedback is provided here on your thoughts of our training and time here to help new traders looking to take trading more professionally. Our wealth of positive testimonials can be viewed on our Alphachain Capital Youtube account.

Free courses provide better overview
In my opinion: Much too expensive for training that's mostly covered in free online courses like Babypips, youtube videos, or in the books they recommend you buy (e.g. Technical Analysis in Financial Markets by Murphy).
I do not feel like I learned any proprietary methods as advertised. It's all (in my opinion) very standard stuff you'll find in any free course online.
Documentation overkill means you spend a decent amount of time doing paperwork every day instead of trading/learning.
While I was given a funded account at the end, I do not believe the course to be worth the price.

As you mentioned you had provided us with an optional video testimonial which was very positive after two weeks training on our trading floor which can be seen on our Alphachain YouTube account. Two weeks in is a good time to seek reviews and feedback from our Blended Traders as the training is fresh in your memory and your time on the floor has come to an end, just before you go remote. In addition, as per our usual process we sent you a feedback form at the end of the four weeks training which was also very positive. At no point in the two months you were with us did you ever raise any concerns around the quality or value of the training you were provided nor the documentation overkill, not even during your regular trade assessments with your mentor. If they had been raised we would have done our best to ensure that your needs were met. As the feedback during the training and while trading the funded account had been continuously positive, we are puzzled as to why your opinion of the training has changed so dramatically. We are not sure what the motive is here in the post, however, we feel it is important that feedback is given accurately on Trustpilot so future candidates get a real picture of your experience during the training with Alphachain Capital. Fortunately, we have a wealth of video testimonials who support what we do and the quality of our training, this can be seen on our YouTube channel. Amazing
Having done previous trading experiences and seminars I expected this to follow suit and try to sell me their programme at every opportunity. However this was not the case at all and I loved every aspect of it, from the theory at the start of the day to the competition during the end of the day. It gave me an incredible insight into what it's like to be a trader and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Trader Experience Day
The trader experience day was an excellent event, gaining crucial guidance and knowledge to begin trading the financial markets. I was able to place a trade, learn a key analysis technique and take part in an interactive trading game to test my skills. All of this was done under the guidance of senior trader, Gavin Pannu and CEO Adam Haeems, who were both on hand to answer our questions and offer their insight into careers in this space. Brilliant event and would highly recommend for university students interested in a career in the financial markets.
