A professional landscaper. The work requested was better then expected so much so that it felt like it was touched by the hand of God: it was that good. I definitely will be using alpha garden next time I need work done on my garden. Highly recommended

Avoid at all costs. The company isn't reachable (contact details on website don't get you to anyone and the support managing director, Cleves has switched his phone off.

Deposit taken in January, quoted for 5k in total then in April the job is still not done, wanting a further 3k and now apparently the company are to cease trading temporarily. Delayed responses and no accountability!

I hired them to put tiles on the front of my backyard and turf on the back. The corner where the drain pipes go down is of an irregular shape and we had agreed to cover it in turf. They finished putting the tiles and the turf, which I didnt know had to had sand placed over to stretch it, which is supposed to absorb. It didnt in all places and they said they were going to fix when they were going to cover the irregular corner. I paid them (big mistake) and despite continuous follow up and promises they would, they never came back and stopped responding. Now my backyard tiled section is unfinished and the turf has yellow spots and sand piled in areas!! Moreover, from the turf I have had little mountains of soil coming through that I have no idea what they are but definitely should not have happened with a job well done. Definitely not worth the money I paid for

They’re very competent, they made my garden better then I wish. I’m really impressed with the workers with the company. And I recommend them for all.

Decking was good tiling wasn't to bad not impressed with this company , job has not been finished never seemed to know when they were turning up had to keep phoning to chase them up wouldn't recommend them make sure when you get quotes you check what you are paying for especially when it comes to the materials not heard from them so I'm left with a path not finished

I had my artificial lawn laid in my back garden (approx. 12m x 12m) with full underlay and membrane installed. Was repeatedly told this is now ‘peace of mind from 10 years’. The finishing/look wasn’t great, with lines where the lawn was cut clearly visible.
Worst however is just 2 months after the install, weeds started to grow through in several places!
2 months after I raised this, nothing has been done.
Absolute shambles. They have taken £8k, done a terrible job and now not responding to my follow up

Had my garden done by alpha gardens from start to finish they was very helpful and professional the price was also responsible and the end result looked amazing .

From start to finish, Ben and his team have been so professional and also very friendly. His team worked very efficiently and left no mess. My garden looks fresh. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Great experience using these guys. Ben was super helpful, coming up with suggestions and ideas for the garden. He even accommodated my change of mind and areas of installation a week before install.
