I had some troubles with the delivery of my package, but Alphagreen customer service help me through all the process and even sent me a second parcel due to the first one not arriving.

The service is extremely poor, it is a shame because the articles are very good but any mishaps that occurred, it is when we realised that there is no customer service instead an arrogantly matter of facts shutdown end of communication But Thankfully dealing Directly to their suppliers in Denmark is incredible

Excellent customer service and great products. A little confusing when placing multiple items and waiting for items to arrive from separate locations but on the whole a great service.👍

When I contacted by email it was quickly resolved and item was received quickly and given a 20% discount for next order.

I have been using this oil for quite some months now(The original Alternative purple edition 16.4% paste). I have chronic sciatica after back surgery a few years ago and can honestly say the cbd oil is amazing for pain. I have had multiple pain relieving injections/pharmaceutical analgesia and the oil beats them all without the side effect.My quality of life has improved so much.
I am a nurse Practitioner/prescriber and regularly inform my patients of the benefits of cbd and bring on the day we can prescribe it .

I have always suffered with severe social anxiety, I dealt with this by developing a narcissistic personality disorder - which to put it simply, feels like having different levels of anxiety and depression at the same time. I have found that Indica (silver edition) dramatically reduces my anxiety and allows me to sleep easily for the first time in my life (I am 30) - when i get feelings of depression, Sativa (green edition) really elevates me and makes me smile. I have also tried the purple edition which has some benefits but also negative effects - ie it can make me too anxious while not reducing my depression enough. I think a 70/30 (Indica/Sativa) could be the answer for me - I have not looked into whether a version like this is available yet, however if it is I will be purchasing one to trial too! Thank you so much you have changed my life and contributed to my mental breakthrough, as well as helping me manage it! You need to understand whether you feel anxious or depressed and then choose either a Sativa or Indica to counter those feelings. I really hope this can help others out there who are going through similar things to me. This company is great, and their customer service is excellent. They accidentally sent me a smaller bottle than I had ordered, however to rectify the situation they sent me out the larger bottle and let me keep the small bottle - stunning customer service. I ordered product from this company but it was out of stock, after ordering another product I received a full refund. My order arrived a few days later and that was it, or so I thought.
Today the previous order arrived in the post so I contacted Alphagreen to inform them.
Their answer was "it's our mistake you can keep it"
In my opinion their customer service is second to none and I will not hesitate to order from them again

Can't rate this company more highly. They respond very quickly to inquiries and are very helpful and comprehensive in their advice. Their prices are also highly competitive and they have an enormous range of products. Because of this, I found it a little overwhelming when it came to selecting a product but Rob was very helpful in assisting my decision. Will definitely be a regular shopper from now on!

I am on the Twenty21 scheme for medicinal cannabis in the UK. I get my THC through the scheme but the CBD oil is expensive and I need to add it in with my THC oil for Chronic pain relief so i can start coming off my morphine. I was totally at a loss where to start and thought I had found a bargain on another website (cbd.co.uk Apollo) but it seemed too good to be true. I was advised to look at Alpha green and straight away I was able to start the most informative conversation with Rob. I cant thank Rob enough as the kindness, patience and helpfulness was the best and the knowledge 100% ....and yes the other site was too good to be true as the CBD wasnt a full spectrum product and the site unstable. Rob was very honest and said they werent trying to disrespect another company but they pride themselves at Alpha green on offering the best products, they found me a CBD to match what my pain consultant sold but at £50 cheaper!!!!! and gave me free postage and 10% discount. If you are a CBD novice and money is tight then please speak to this amazing company.....I will be on this THC and CBD life long now at only 52 but I am hoping this means the end of living on opiates which destroyed my life. Thank you again Rob!!!!!! You are a Star!!!!
