I purchased my products in January
I purchased my products in January, but after a month of waiting, they still hadn’t arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told the package had been lost in transit and was advised to email customer service in Australia. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response at first, so I followed up with Victoria after a week to request a refund.
Victoria was very helpful and offered to resend the products with a 10% discount instead. I received them today and I’m very happy with the result so far. Thank you, Victoria, for your great support! I hope the product continues to deliver great results.

Unreal service
Firstly I was seeing results with the product itself. My hair felt noticeably thicker and this was pointed out by colleagues at work before I noticed it myself.
Then had an issue with the applicators of the serum which seems to be releasing the serum quicker than usual which led to waste. Contacted the support team and dealt with a lovey lady named Victoria, who was very understanding and very quick to respond,(usually same day or early the day after). Offered me a complimentary set of applicators and replacement serum for the ones I’d lost.
I’ve not finished my course yet of the product itself but from what I have seen it seems to be working and customer service (at least who I dealt with was 2nd to none).

The product seems to be working
The product seems to be working. It stopped the shedding a day after using it, applying it every 6 days. At the 3rd month I started to see baby hairs. I'm hoping to keep doing it to see density which I'm hopeful about.
