Actually I had a wrong setting of order placed and got charged. Having the case not clear I wrote to the customer service explaining the concern. Immediately I received the reply with detailed revison of my case and explanation. The requested refund was done immediately. Great , swift feedback and solution of the issue. Victoria was very responsive via email. I had ordered from alphainfuse and she sent photos for proof but I never received my package. She kept me at ease and replaced my order. Definitely reassured me and stayed in communication throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciated.

I really hope the product works for some people, but if it doesn't the return process absolutely insane + Straight illegal because it's a breach of contract for advertised claims. It's taken 17 emails so far back and forth And they still haven't given the instructions to return it. They try to give you 50% refund, then 70% refund to not have to spend $20 to return the product. It clearly states on the website its free returns and you can contact them for a label, But when you try to return it they say it's $20 approximately. I'll mail The last 2 vials of my four month supply to them I don't care, But now that it's been such a hassle and it's clearly bots that respond to you because listening if you say anything outside of the script, I'm annoyed that they are wasting my time and it literally says you can " Even keep the product" After a refund. It also says “ no hassles, no questions asked 120 day satisfaction 100% Money Back Guarantee " on the website. This is all a joke. They're just really good at selling with all the false claims.
Again hope this product does work for people, it just didn't work for me and I gave it a fair chance using it for 14 weeks. Company is a nightmare and I have a slam dunk class action lawsuit. Everyone who settled for the 70% refund deserves the rest of their money.

Well I can't speak for other men but it didn't work for me.
Routinely took the product once a week and made zero difference. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they did give me a full refund. Mind you the customer service was difficult as they tried every tactic before giving the refund, quite annoying.
