Victoria from customer service always replies to any questions .The hair product is genuine and does grows hairs rapidly I will see in one month I expect already after 4 months of using alpha infuse I will have my entire full hair back naturally in original dark color !!

Didn’t work for me- no refund
I’ve been using AlphaInfuse for the recommended period and unfortunately I’ve seen no improvement or results at all.
The reason I chose this product was because of the 120-day money-back guarantee, which gave me confidence to try it. However, now that I am trying to claim a refund under that guarantee, I am being ignored by customer support.
I have contacted them multiple times and have not received a proper response or any clear instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
This is very frustrating, as the guarantee is a major selling point of the product. Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious.
